Safest mall to shop. I lost some items while I was shopping, I realized that when I got home then I immediately called the security department I spoke to the guy called Nicho who confirmed that my lost items have been found. I couldn't believe it. I went to collect them the next day. What an incredible service. ๐Ÿ™Œ Big up to the security guards you deserve five star rating ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Convenient and most of what you need at one centre. Many of the main chain shops are there. Would have love more smaller one man businesses and arty/crafty type of smaller shops to browse through. Security at parking areas make you feel safe to park there.

People have absolutely no idea how to drive in the lots. There's rarely enough parking spots. Apart from the fact that the junction does have great restaurants and clothing stores I really recommend parking under roof cover because you will definitely get stressed put especially on a hot summers day. Nothing wrong with the junction, please be sure to drive safely and follow the rules of the signs. Furthermore you'll enjoy the junction

Pleasant atmosphere. Esthetically this mall's buildings, surroundings, and interior are beautiful. The mall is surrounded by green mountain hills, and the river runs next to the mall. The river view is a bit under utilized. Restaurants are good and parking is ample. The German butchery is definitely a feature not to be missed. Good prices for a wide range of meat.

A good variety of shops and restaurants. A lot of the shops donโ€™t have generators so itโ€™s a struggle to shop if thereโ€™s loadshedding. Parking is also a challenge which makes it a shopping centre that I usually wouldnโ€™t choose.

I was here on a rainy day. Please be aware of the slippery floor. My husband broke his ankle because of the slippery floor. Otherwise the shops is nice and security is very friendly. A security went to fetch a wheelchair so he did not have to walk on his foot till the car.

The place is well situated near a river, it is also not far from a park which is across the street for picnic lovers and adventure seekers who can explore the trail. It has a view of the mountains together with a wide variety of plant species and a wonder ecosystem, boabaab restaurant has an excellent view of the natural atmosphere with a wonderful breeze as you sit and enjoy your meal. The mall also houses the Tshwane north district and has a wide variety of shops. It is a relatively small complex but it provides shopping with piece of mind. Especially for those who want to avoid crowded spaces.

Because of the area it is in, which is an urban area, the mall is literally suitable for anything. Wether you want to have some brunch or do some shopping I would definitely recommend.

Junction is a clean shopping market, with enough amenities to ensure you have a lot to go to and also have toilet space. There are a lot of stores and also places to buy more than one item with stores including: - Mr Price Sport / Home - Toys R Us - PNP - Mugg & Bean - SPAR - Clicks The above names are to name but a few. The nice part of the junctions is that a pickup point for Takealot can also be found in the junction, which makes the junction one nice place to go to. Parking you also have two options with underground parking and also free parking lot.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Over crowded parkings. No generator as soon as power goes out all stores close immediately chasing customers out. Tried finding shoe laces at 3 different shoe stores not a single store has something as simple as that in stock. You would have a better experience throwing salt into your eyes than visit this place.

Easy access mall with lots of parking. But do not use free parking, the guards will look at you weird if you don't pay them. Downside of the mall, there is no bank branch. Intercare Medical & Dental is an advantage of the mall. You can do your shopping at Picknpay after your medical appointments. Ocean Basket serve fresh and delicious sea foods.

  • 5/5 Thulani M. 2 years ago on Google
The staff there is friendly and helpful from the cleaners to the management, the shopping centre is convenient there's everything you'd need, plus there are other complexes just nearby if you want variety, the parking lot is spacious; there's a ground floor parking lot and an underground one too, most importantly everything there is working fine from the trolleys to the elevators and the place is clean(hygienic in fact).

We went to Cuppuccino's. They had great service and a big play area for the kids. Unfortunately it all was spoiled when I had to go to the family room to change my daughter, and one of the cleaners decided to take a 25 minute phone break in the family room... I had to seek out another family room which slightly inconvenienced me... But luckily they have more than one (as I found out after waiting so long, father time had to ask me if I am competing for his position ). The mall has three sets of restrooms, each equally spaced apart. The shops are nicely positioned so you can find the restaurants semi to the west, clothing stores from the centre of the mall to the north. Health shops (e.g. Dischem in front and household items (home stores) to the east of the mall.

Nice and quiet mall. I come here for Netcare their dentists are the best here. Though am in pain after filling but i highly recommended this place. Took a few minutes to go through the shopping mall. Almost all chain stores are here. Pharmacies, departmental stores etc. Very good parking place too. The mall is located a few minutes drive from Pretoria central, heading North. Has a very beautiful view. Mountain view. The view is just awesome.

I enjoy shopping there. It is not too busy, so for me it is a very relaxing, but exciting outing. And to top it all, I get to buy bread, fresh veggies, etc at the Pick n Pay in the centre, but the best I leave for last - having lunch and a glass of wine.

All you need under one roof, with sufficient parking underneath and you do not have to walk so far. Ideal for mothers with young children or elderly people that can not walk far. Do your shopping in the middle of the week as weekends can be very busy here.

One of the best shopping centres you could come shot at, it is not crowded even during peak hours or peak days of the month. There's a department of Education district on the second and third level. It has a free parking and under ground paid parking. Almost all the ATMs are present though it doesn't have the actual bank branches

They seem to let the homeless enter restaurants and guilt trip a person until you buy them a meal... They don't ask for 2 or 10 Rand ...They simply want you to order an extra meal for them. The staff wasn't bothered because guy wasn't harassing them...

  • 4/5 Elizabeth Du P. 1 year ago on Google
The Mall itself did everything to facilitate their customers during the loadshedding. Some stores completely closed their doors and others made more of an effort to keep the doors open and customers shopping.

I don't like malls, never have but this is a mall I like, the open-air design makes you feel free and easygoing. It was the first time that I've seen potholes in a mall's parking area and not small one's they are quite big,it looks like they are doing some improvements on the mall it's self so thats a good thing, the shops inside was o.k,if you feel like eating something there are a few restaurant's to visit. But unfortunately my experience wasn't so good.

Pity Mug and Bean closes 18:00 and not 20:00 and 21:00 like the other diners in the Shopping Centre (Barselos, Cappuccinos and Ocean Basket). Except for that, it is a great Centre with big variety of different stores. Super Spar is superb!

Nice and small junction, not too busy and has a number of stores, nice big spar, number of few clothing stores, restaurants, clicks, dischem, liquor stores, and a bonus.... Takealot pickup/drop-off. Usually not too busy, you can do a quick in and out, ample parking and also has a paid underground parking space, for extra security, main road outside gets very busy though during peak times, just be weary of that, it doesn't translate to the junction being busy

The mall closes early on Sunday. Bit disappointing.

  • 3/5 Mauzette M. 8 months ago on Google
I recently visited Wonderboom Junction shopping mall, eager to explore its offerings and enjoy a leisurely day of shopping. The mall boasts an array of stores, dining options, and entertainment choices that cater to various tastes and preferences. While I had a generally pleasant experience, I couldn't help but notice a significant drawback - the state of their wheelchairs and the wait time for accessibility services. One of the key elements of a successful shopping mall is its accessibility, and in this regard, Wonderboom Junction left much to be desired. The mall provides wheelchairs for patrons in need, but the condition of these wheelchairs was disappointing. They appeared worn-out and in need of maintenance. Some had damaged parts, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. The most frustrating part of my visit was the extensive wait time for a wheelchair near the entrance leading to Spar. It took an astonishing half an hour for the mall staff to locate one for me. This delay significantly hindered my shopping experience and left me feeling quite frustrated. It's essential for malls to recognize the importance of accessibility for all their visitors, including those with mobility challenges. A smoothly functioning system for providing wheelchairs and maintaining their quality is vital. Unfortunately, Wonderboom Junction falls short in this regard. To improve the shopping experience for patrons with mobility challenges, Wonderboom Junction needs to address the following issues: Maintenance and Upkeep: The mall should regularly inspect and maintain its wheelchairs to ensure they are in good working condition. This includes addressing any damage, cleaning them regularly, and replacing worn-out parts promptly. Efficient Accessibility Services: Waiting half an hour for a wheelchair is simply unacceptable. The mall management should ensure that accessibility services are readily available and can be accessed promptly when needed. Communication: Better communication with patrons who require accessibility services is essential. Providing information on wheelchair availability and estimated wait times would go a long way in improving the overall experience. In conclusion, while Wonderboom Junction shopping mall offers a diverse range of shopping and entertainment options, its accessibility services, particularly the state of its wheelchairs and the waiting times, need significant improvement. Enhancing these aspects would make the mall more inclusive and enjoyable for all visitors, regardless of their mobility needs. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to rectify these issues in the future.
