I am only giving one star because I did not have a choice, to be honest zero star is well deserved. I ordered two Macfeast deluxe medium meals and all I received was a dry petty bigger than the bun with tomato source squeezed on, not to mansion the warm "cold drink" that was tasteless and not fizzy at all that I had to throw out. Talk about a mood spoiler, I am extremely disappointed and can not believe that such a big franchise could offer such poor service. TJESES! money wasted whose going to eat this?

This is worst McDonald I have ever visited. My daughter is 2years old and loves McDonald fries, so as we drove past she screamed upon seeing the logo, I immediately made a turn around and tried to order but was told by the cashier they don’t sell small chicken burger, I requested for cheeseburger same thing. I asked if they don’t have or do not sell? He categorically told me he was told not sell any burger in the small category. I asked to see the manager, she came and lied they do not have stocks. I was so disappointed as my daughter was screaming with disappointment. Had to go to the nearest McDonald. The entire management team here sucks and I can see from constant poor ratings that it has always been so. Zero ratings would have been more appropriate.

Worst Chicken Nuggets ever! I bought chicken nuggets from this McDonald's outlet in Sunnyside...they were all uncooked, freezing cold from the inside but yet given to a customer! Literally straight out of the freezer coated in the McDonald's mixture.

Poor service. Long waiting time. Have to shout at the staff through the microphone to be heard. Staff shows a disregard for safety rules by leaving a door unattend which has instructions not to do so. Honestly the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to

I was served by Takalani who was busy chewing chapis. this is my worst experience from this shop. you guys can do better than this. you lost a customer because of your disgusting manners.

The employees are quite friendly n welcoming... Although when I dine in no one comes to check up on me how I'm doing , but i never complained because the food is cooked to perfection...✨⭐⭐✨

Just been here, Worst McDonald's I have ever been to and most of the reviews at this McDonald's show so too!!! Firstly I was told what I want they don't have so I ordered something else then when I got to the pay window I was told 'wait the system is offline' then when I got to work to eat and have my cuppuccino my food tasted horrible and smelled sour, luckily I only had a few bites otherwise I will most likely get sick!!! Very upset about all of this and Waste of money I could have spent elsewhere.

Very disappointed everytime we order via the drive through they give us the wrong things . And by everytime I mean every second day that's how often we buy macdee, they also need to improve on their hazelnut ice coffee it doesn't taste right versus the other branches

I love eating at macdonald's but today my order got messed up and I'm still waiting for the food online and calling the restaurant is useless since they don't pick up,I am really upset that even after 2 hours they still don't bother to deliver my food as I paid money for it and I have the slip and witnesses of this event

I was not happy with the fact that they did have a samsung pay advert on their tills and when i asked to use it cause i ddnt have my card with me i was told it doesnt exist. So i couldnt buy food cause someone ddnt know how to utilise the payment option.

Worst service ever. They can't pack a complete meal. Each order has something missing in it. Ordered a happy meal with extra nuggets for my child only to receive a pack with nuggets and chips. And they can't even own up to their mistake. I don't recommend at all!!

The issue with being asked to move from the pick up window is by far thee worst thing you can agree to because onc you move then there's no sense of urgency in preparing your food as their stats would be in order... I'll never ever move until my food is delivered.

I bought 2 macfeast they gave me spicy instead of normal. After confirming that it not spicy the lady said no it is not only to find out when i got to my place that the meal was spicy

The service was low I waited 20 minutes for them to come to the till and help me pay with cash They think these machines are 100% in service delivery

The place is nice and clean but I bought 2 oreo and cream ice coffee's. The cream was think and old the coffee tasted awful, when I complain it looked like the staff wanted to attack me

Worst McDonald's ever! Burger had no patty, foldover had wilted lettuce. Disgusting

Well located and almost always packed. A few times that I went there, I preferred to use the drive-thru as it appeared to be faster although it is not always the case. They forgot a couple of time to put sachets of ketchup in my pack or they didn't have some drinks of their menu
