The cashiers are too relaxed, they don't attend you in time. You will wait until they are done with their WhatsApp chats.

The tellers are very playful and lack sense of urgency. When you get a item without a price tag, they tell you to leave the item because their data is bad, you can tell by their face that she is just lazy. When someone they know comes in store they rather entertain the individual and keep me the customer waiting. Ridiculous customer service. They are really unbothered.

Good choice of products. Staff are helpful. Queues for paying can be long and slow at times.

I needed a hockey kit for my grand daughter but the did have it. Was a bit disappointing.

The only problem I have with this store is that I can never find size 5/6 shoes ladies section. It's always 7/8/9 why? Otherwise the store is clean and well organised

Aircons not working. Or set on heat in the middle of summer. Shop is hot as hell! I can't shop in that heat! Thanx but no thanx. I won't go there to shop again

The arrangement is a mess but there's some nice trendy outfits and jewelry.. definitely recommend but it is not the best

Placed an order on 21/04/2022 I was not able to pick up in store and requested for it to be returned and refunded on 27/04/2022 today is 17/05/2022 answer I am still waiting for the refund. MRP has been “liaising” with their warehouse for the last 2 weeks while I wait.
