I can't recommend this place. The first thing I saw there was the dirt in the toilet they didn't clean up before we arrive. The horses they have are kept in a muddy corral, they don't look fine. Not all of them are suitable for riding. The guided ride was extremely unpleasant as we got into a swamp without any previous agreement or consent. ** Parents: don't let your children do the ride without you ** The food was ok.

FYI so you know what you're getting yourself into. We booked this with a tour guide booth (#16) in the dock of tigre and they up-sold us this package of a tour and lunch stop at this place along the river for 20k pesos each at the time. Realizing what we got ourselves into we definitely overpaid way more than it actually is. We got put into this local communal boat bus that stops at every few places to pick up and drop off locals. There was no tour and no one talking. It was a straight line up the river dropping off locals until we got to our destination and you can miss it too if you don't know where you are or don't ask the crew. What I will say is that it was super interesting and I still can't figure out how they know which stop to stop at during the ride. Cause the crew and the locals barely interacted from what I saw inside the boat so how do they know which house dock to stop at?!? It took almost 1.5hrs one-way to get to the place from tigre dock. Once you get off you get greeted by the host of the place and you get the run down of what's happening. People there are super nice and friendly even if you don't speak Spanish but for what it was worth and time it took to get back imo not worth it. Not sure whether you can come here on your own with a local commute ticket that was probably like 500 or less pesos. But for what we paid and what it was worth I would not do this again. Your better off looking for a guided tour to come back and look for lunch in tigre. Experiencing what the locals have to deal with commuting via this boat was the highlight of this.

Was very excited to come here and take a river boat ride, have lunch, and go horseback riding. What I was told when I bought my ticket versus how everything happened we’re not correct. However the owner made up for the wrong information, and for that I’m grateful for! If you know how to ride consider working directly with the owner for a trail ride that is beyond the 30 min walk around a loop included with most tickets. You won’t be disappointed! For lunch, I was able to get fish which was simple but good. I would be conserved about the grilled meats which 3 hours after lunch remained on the grill covered with what looked like wood. Not sure if that’s is proper storage of meat. Despite coming at the end of winter, the greenery was still beautiful! Can only imagine what it looks like in the summer. A note on the horses/animal welfare: some of the horses were a bit thinner than I would like given the time of the year. These horses were not used during our trail ride. Yes, the horses were in a small paddock for feeding. However, I was told they are also turned out for free grazing. It’s always difficult to know how animals are treated when no guests are present, but knowing Argentina standards for feeding and what I observed, I believe they are treated in a way that is consistent with local standards.

Very nice place to disconnect from the city life, access by boat from Tigre, kind people and homemade food. Enjoy the nature !

100% recommended. This is a family owned business and you can see how much heart they put into it. We spent all day with great food and snacks and the option of several activities. Chose horseback riding and hiking. They have canoeing, and a short zip line in their property as well. Very hot summer but a nice treat!

We visited on 27.03 and found this treasure of a place to.be exceptional.in every way, far exceeding expectations. The abundance of wild coupled with great food, made for a wonderful Sunday excursion with our extended family.

Local muito bonito e tranquilo. Atividades são bem básicas. Os cavalos fazem o trajeto inteiro sozinhos e vão bem devagar. O barco demorar em média 2hs para chegar e atrasa bastante.

😠 The worst experience I’ve ever had. Poor service, very rude owner, charged us extra money to cross the river because we decided not to order any food and leave.

👍👍 We left on the 4pm boat from Tigre. We arrived at 4:45pm at Gato Blanco. The boat experience was really novel with all sorts of homes along the channel. Despite arriving so late, the kind staff at Gato Blanco seated us and allowed us to eat quickly. We both had steaks, which were both delicious. We...
