Motel refuses to honor the listed $30 online price, and will try to make you pay the difference for a final price of $65. If you refuse to pay they will not refund you the money. I've canceled my CC and disputed the charge, and I'm filing a fraud report with the BBB. Do not stay at this god awful motel. Update: The desk manager Patel has lied to priceline and said that I stayed there. Don't book this hotel if you don't want to get scammed.

Disgusting room. The dirtiest I’ve ever seen in my whole entire life. The smell in the reception area was bad I should have known from there. The area was scary and creepy as well wouldn’t recommend driving alone. Would’nt recommended this place AT ALL. Needs to be shut down ASAP

the hotel is infested with roaches and bed bugs the maintenance man checked us in and we paid cash. he stole ten dollars and the owner was blaming us. you ask for anything and it's an inconvenience to the worker. no one come to clean rooms and upon talking to other customers the two men (owner/maintenance man) are partners and try the same ten dollar scam on many of them they need to be shut down. it's super gross and not suitable for anyone.

Very bad Roaches s Everywhere even in the bed. The owner is rude. Avoid this place. He had us in a decent room then moved us to a horrible Roaches infested room b.c. we was staying a week and said it was $300 a week other said they only pay $250.

Rooms have roaches and I was locked out of my room twice for reasons still unknown. I rate this hotel with no stars.

You get what you pay for. This place is budget friendly and meets the most basic of needs for the weary broke traveler. My room wasn't perfectly clean, but it was acceptable and there were no bugs. Staff was friendly and did not change my room price like other reviewers are saying. I would stay here again.

There were dead roaches, blood stains on the bed, and crunchy carpets with dried "fluid" stains on them. The place was disgusting!

this was absolutely disgusting. dead and living roaches EVERYWHERE even on the bed, bathrooms werent clean, environment was sketchy. overall just a horrible place to stay.

THE WORST!! THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA WHEN YOU ARRIVE!!! PURE SCAM DO NOT GO THERE we arrived after a long trip, upon arrival the mannager claimed that he will not give us theroom until we pay extra money. I was shocked because this room was already paid for and on the call with their reservation center no extra charges was mentioned. Same thing happened to two guys that came after us. This motel was filthy. They have absolutely no vending machines, there's piles of old mattresses laying on the side of the hotel on the 2nd floor., They don't even have an ice machine. They have to be kidding to be charging anything over $30.00 for a stay at this place. The condition of this place needs to be upgraded. It's a wonder the health Department hasn't shut this place down.

Seems like they had power outage before I have arrived and somehow they were not able to check my reservation, but that is not the reason for the 2 stars (I don’t know why not 1. Maybe because the room size is not that small). The linens had a lot of dust on them, the floors not completely clean, one of the night lamps was not working, the bathroom looks like it is inherited during world war II. Location is weird, while driving we thought the road is like the ones in horror movies. If you can efford a better place, completely avoid this place.

Disgusting. Decrepit. Smelly. Dirty. Repugnant. Building needs to be condemned or called the what not to do inn. I've never been anywhere like it. I wouldn't brush my teeth or take a shower there. The one in Florida was like the Taj Mahal compared to this one. My employer should have looked into the property prior to booking the room. We didn't stay there and they refunded the money.

This was the most disgusting, dirty place i have ever stayed at. I killed several roaches and the bathroom was nasty.

It is in a weird location off the road, and it gets pretty dark back there. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms could have been cleaned a little better but it is good enough for just a short stay. Things need to be updated throughout the entire building. There is no fridge nor microwave. I am not so sure how much care they put into cleaning sheets and pillowcases. I would highly recommend that you use your own bedding and pillows.

Roach infested !!! They were everywhere!!! Toilet nasty and tub. Mold on the walls. The health department should condemn it

Booked two nights. Yes - couple of roaches, all surfaces slimy, decrepit, shady permanent residents. No fridge, no ice. But one cannot beat the price: if you have the stomach, it's a fair deal.
