Princeton finally has a new restaurant and it is GOOD. Chapala gets a 5 star for their food and service. We were very happy with our first experience tonight. A good margarita (Nothing 'special' about it but it was good) and the food was great. The chips and salsa were great, fresh, perfectly spicy, and our food was hot and there was ALOT of it. We will be back for sure and thank you for coming to Princeton. A very welcome addition to our rather mundane repertoire and it's downtown!

Fantastic food, service and atmosphere!!!

Our first time here, & it was great. A big menu with lots of delicious choices. My food was a little under seasoned for a Carne asada, but I added the shrimp & a little table salt. It was great after that. My wife had the Toquitos, & loved them. I missed taking some pics cause I was to busy eating, but our dishes came out hot, & lookin delicious. I've said this time & time again about service & food. You can have decent food, & a wonderful server, & it makes the trip there so worth it. The food is better than decent here, & ya get a lot of it, but our server Isa was just amazing & so much fun! I told her as we were leaving, that she was the reason we would be back. Definitely worth the drive from home!

If you like Mexican food I would highly recommend trying this place! We have been here a few times and it was ABSOLUTELY amazing every time! Jose and Jonathan provided service that was second to none! Everything came to the table super quick, and they were always making sure we had everything we needed. Excellent food with a great atmosphere!

The food was great! I had a Michelada to drink the was huge! I ate the shrimp cocktail that was outstanding. There was plenty of shrimp, and they were large.

Been there a few times now. Food is consistent, place is clean. Lunch service is drastically different from dinner mainly because of the staff. Few younger ladies on lunch who don't seem to want to be there. No greeting, no smile, kind of slap your menus down and walk away. We won't go for lunch anymore. That said dinner is amazing!!!! Huge difference in service.

Beautiful place! Looks well established like its been here a while. Just opened. Food was great as was the service. Hope to be back next time we pass thru from MN to WI again!!! Ty!

This was the most delicious food I have ever tasted in my life. The staff were amazing and attentive and the food came out quickly and was absolutely incredible huge full plates. I will definitely be back

When we got there the restaurant was packed, but we were seated very quickly. The waitress was there promptly with chips, salsa and to take our drink order. After placing our food order, it showed up really quick, which was very impressive! Authentic food for a reasonable price! House Margarita was a bit spendy (size medium), but that's to be expected with alcohol. Will definitely be back!

Very authentic & delicious Mexican food! The service was fantastic. So happy it's finally open in Princeton. The portions were large & prices were good. Definitely our new go to restaurant from now on.

We had jalapeño poppers, chori Pollo & seafood enchiladas (was supposed to be Enchiladas suprimas) we were ok with the oops but they offered a free house margarita as a comp. Very friendly staff. We asked for more salsa with the free chips because it's now in my top 3 restaurant salsas! Delish! Great chef!!!!

Great service & atmosphere! Chips & Salsa immediately came as we sat down. Fajitas and Margaritas were amazing! Highly recommend to everyone! Awesome addition to Princeton!
