I ordered delivery back in late September and they delivered my food to some other house so I paid for it and never received it, two days later, I go in to talk to the Manager (Jess) and she EXCUSES ME OF LYING! I told her “on *this night w/ this card number* I order *insert food* for $16.66 and I got a call from a female delivery driver around 8-9pm confirming my house saying “are you a yellow house” and I said yes well Jess the manager is hearing this and her response is “I didn’t have a female delivery driver around that time” basically excusing me of lying so explained further, swore on my dads grave and she said she’d refund the $16.66 to my card which it’s now December 22nd and I still received no refund or promised call by Jess the bad manager. I was disappointed and repulsed by the way this woman handled the situation. I ordered more food for delivery tonight and they gave me soggy wet French fries and quite frankly, this place had good food at one point but the manager is absolutely so disrespectful just like these French fries. Her name is Jess and she promised a refund months ago for her delivery driver dropping the food off at some other house that I prepaid and tipped for: im disgusted by the management at this location and their French fries are wet and soggy. She refuses to return my money when I have proof on a ring doorbell showing no one delivered my food. I spoke to her again tonight to follow up and she said she’ll have the owner call me but jess never did. This is the most disrespectful manager I’ve ever came across in my life. She was arguing with me on the phone when I was just trying to understand why I can’t show my proof. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS UNTIL THEY GET A NEW MANAGER.

We were in Princeton for hockey over the weekend, so we ate here Friday and Sunday. Both times, we sat at a high top in the bar. Our server/bartender was very personable and knowledgeable. There is a good variety of menu items. Great place for kids to enjoy as well.

They have great customer service here. The downstairs rentable basement is perfect for events and there is even camping right next door. Would like to say thanks to my server for my 40th celebration! She put up with a lot..

Reasonable wait times, reasonable pricing, excellent food and atmosphere. The fries are incredible. I was there around 9pm and some of the food was a little cold, but not enough to complain about. The chicken bacon ranch salad is fantastic, burgers were great, looking forward to trying the pizza next time. :) p.s.- bathrooms are clean and nice!

Went with my daughter's family and grandkids. They were busy. Waited patiently to be seated. Not one employee stopped to say they would be with us, or even stopped at all. 5 people standing in the entry by podium. At least 5 different staff walked by with no acknowledgement. After 10 minutes we left. Disappointed. Great service.. hardly If you would have at least said a word, we would have stayed. Great impression for children. You deserve this commentary.

The food was excellent. The burger I ate was cooked just how I asked to have it cooked. The onion rings were great. My wife's pizza was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very attentive. I will return o this establishment again.

I have ordered from here a few times and never had a problem until last night. I ordered online from work to eat on my break. I ordered around 5:45. Around 6:40 I still had not received my order and called to see where my order was. She checked and said it should be on its way. No apology or saying that they were busy, nothing. 20 minutes later my food finally arrived. No apology from the driver either. My fries and mozzarella sticks were lukewarm at best. I called the next day and talked to Jess. She claims that it says on their online order page it says the wait is anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. I never saw that. She says it was supper time and they were very busy and had long waits for seating in the restaurant and that they had to call in a third driver. If I had called the order in instead of doing it online they could have let me know that. I understand that they were busy, but whoever I talked to last night could have apologized and told me that then, but cold food. I don't think I will be ordering from them again. .

I've heard many good things about this joint my experience was not great, new server but the burger was flat dry and lacked flavor bun not toasted plain. Atmosphere was great though, clean . Cold temp
