Unfriendly unprofessional waiter! 1) nice location in the city center 2) poorly decorated outdoors area 3) the waiter had a cold rough attitude 4) no English menu 5) prompt service 6) ok waffles and latte Although they seem to have a good menu variety for food and desserts, the lack of English menu and the unfriendly waiter aren’t tempting to give this place another try.

Very delicious sweets and cakes. I recommend "Malaga". The place can be crowded, however, there are places outside and inside. Service is okay.

Amazing cakes, sweets, desserts and a decent cup of tea too. Excellent value and service was ok.

I know Kosovo Cafe culture. But Missini in Pristina was nightmare.. Poor service quality.. Fried egg was frozen :( if you compare with other Patisserie / Cafe I definitely NOT suggest. Especially for breakfast.. It was told me sweets are nice but I did not try.. And I will never come again

First of all the costumer service was poor, the waiter kept forgetting our orders, on the other hand the glasses were dirty and when the food came it didn’t have taste at all, totally unseasoned. One thing i wouldn’t recommend is the rizzoto and the chicken burger (which was made out of a chicken nugget). Overpriced and overhyped.

I was in the morning. Service was fast, good coffee and cake. Nice place! Prices are cheap and with every coffee you get blueberry juice for free. Coffee was 0,5€ and cake was 2€ .

Desserts are tasty however customer service is lacking. Takes forever to order. Additionally, big issue with the beggars entering the premises.

Good cakes, didn’t have one of their special drinks but just coke. Nice ambience and friendly staff! Very affordable cakes.

I didn’t try the sweets, so i can’t say anything about that, but I did try the food. I ordered a Chicken&Curry Risotto (4.5€) which was absolutely terrible! The chicken was undercooked, while the rice was overfilled with spices, which you can tell where not put at the right time, because you could literally feel them as kind of powder sometimes. Very very very unprofessionally done! Oh, and to top it all off, I threw up afterwards, when I got back at my place. Pretty bad experience for such a high price, would NOT recommend!

Everything is dirty the staff is rude . I order waffles and it came in a dirty plate and the coffe cup was dirty. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

very bad service. The baklava was bad. I asked the waiter to bring a knife to eat my baklava with ice cream. He didn't bring it. He asked me to use it with a fork. He made a rude move by showing my friend his watch while ordering. Train your waiters so that they work politely and properly. I won't come here again. Come to Turkey and let's teach the service sector.
