I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my recent visit to Kosovo, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from the staff, particularly the woman with glasses at the reception desk. Her warm and welcoming demeanor was a highlight of my stay, and truly made me feel at home in a foreign land. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. The well-maintained facilities and relaxing atmosphere created a truly enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable visit to Prishtina. Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel arranged colletion from and to the airport. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is a little out of the way but is great for short breaks. The hotel is situated on the hill, which is a trek when walking from town, but there are many taxis.

Visited in May 2023. Liked: Very friendly staff - especially the son of the owners. New hotel with a nice interior. Quiet area and quiet room. Yes, the high scores in the reviews are well deserved. Some notes as suggestions for improvement: skip the sensor lights, when I get up at night to go to the bathroom it makes it harder to go back to sleep if the lights are on. Also, pick lighting which is not as bright.

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were comfy and super clean.

The staff was super kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was clean and luxurious. Everything was spot on. The coffee in the espresso machine is super high quality & there's a breakfast buffet. The location is safe and close to the center. Worth the buck. Will be coming back if I'm in Prishtina again :)

Excellent small hotel with large rooms and huge bathroom. It is very clean and new. The breakfast is also very good, You will be offered a freshly prepared omelette. The staff is very polite, English speaking. There is a free parking space in front of the hotel. Very much recommend!

Great service, went out of their way to give me a doubble room even though it was not required, without charging me extra. I loved the room, the breakfast and the service was always on top. Amazing stay. They had everything i needed.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Callisto while staying in Pristina and cannot recommend it enough! The room was spacious and super clean, with a luxurious bed and modern amenities, very quiet. Exceptional service, especially Xhimi at the front desk, she truly made me feel so welcome and went out of her way to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. They have an excellent and tasty selection for breakfast as well. The hotel is very well located, there is a supermarket right across it and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again if I come back! Faleminderit :)

Great hotel, very nice staff and really good location, walking distance to main square or rruga b (two of the busiest streets in Prishtina with most of pubs).
