Though
the
food
is
okay,
the
delivery
and
service
is
ABYSMAL.
We
ordered
the
new
offer
than
contains
2
doners
for
5€,
twice,
we
were
supposed
to
get
4
doners
but
only
3
showed
up.
This
has
not
been
the
first
time
theyve
forgot
something
during
the
order,
but
it
usually
was
fries
or
a
drink
so
we
never
bat
an
eye,
but
this
time
we
made
sure
to
ask
them
nicely
to
recheck
if
everything
is
there
on
the
phone
while
confirming
the
order,
because
the
last
3
times
we
ordered
theyve
forgotten
something
every
time.
They
assured
us
that
they
will
not
forget.
Once
we
got
the
order
I
asked
the
delivery
driver
to
wait
before
he
goes
to
check
if
I
have
everything
but
he
literally
ignored
me
and
drove
off.
I
went
inside
to
check
the
order
and
thats
where
we
noticed
that
one
doner
was
missing.
We
called
myshawarma
and
once
they
answered
they
said
that
we
are
trying
to
scam
them
and
that
the
kitchen
put
the
order
in
as
ordered.
I
told
them
that
this
isnt
the
case
and
that
we
are
the
ones
that
got
ripped
off
here,
only
for
them
to
respond
with
"you
have
to
understand
the
situation
here"
trying
to
play
the
victim
in
a
situation
where
we
got
scammed
out
of
our
promised
order.
I
asked
them
afterwards
if
theres
a
way
to
get
proof
and
they
said
that
they'll
check
the
cameras
and
get
back
to
me
in
5
minutes,
it
has
been
40
minutes
and
i'm
still
waiting
for
the
call,
I
even
tried
to
call
them
but
they
are
not
picking
up.
I
am
severely
disappointed
that
despite
being
notorious
for
always
messing
orders
up,
can
be
so
protective
and
cocky
about
messing
an
order
to
a
point
where
they
resort
to
victimizing
themselves
to
get
away
with
scamming
people
is
appalling.
I
would
avoid
ordering
here
again
until
they
learn
from
their
mistakes
or
at
the
very
least
become
more
professional
in
these
situations.
