Döneri ishte 10/10, kishte një sos perfekt dhe mënyra se si ishte e mbështjellur me delikatesë e nuk binte as një copë mishi na bëri ti jepnim noten 10, respekte për të gjithë stafin.

Very tasty but tend to put chicken if I ask beef and vice versa, without warning. Otherwise it’s good food, had it delivered.

After me and my coleagues ordered the food today and paid for it we waited around 30 min and still the food was not ready, just after we went to ask what was wrong they told us they dont have that kind of bread we ordered 👎

This is the second time we order and for the second time there is food missing. First time there were missing fries, now there is missing a Donner. The phone service was bad both times and I think this is the last time we order from My shawarma.

I told the Service i want traditionelle shawarma. They told yes no problem. What they give to me its all but not Shawarma and without any Tradition! They give me a döner plate and called tradition shawarma thats really worst....please dont open eat stores about food there you have no expirence! Your blame your self by people what know the Real food! Best Greets from Germany with 4-10 Shawarma stores from Arabic in every City!!! And shawarma and Döner are diffent meals with diffent Taste cut all from same "Spieß" Show me youre foolish for this meal.....really sad!!! And yes Döner are borning at Germany we are know Best what its a good Döner and that Schawarma is completly another Dish! Another Spice mixed and much more!

So bad resturant So bad meat So bad shawarma 1- i ordered beef.. They brought me chiken!!!! 2- i ordered garlic souce... They brought sweet souce!!! 3- the meat was so cold 4- I found raw meat [ uncooked] in the meal Very disgusting thing 5-Fried potatoes as if they were fried two days ago 6- just cola and souce good in this resturant 1 star or less Those who know the original taste of shawarma will never go to this place again

My Shawarma absolutely is the best, i love it. I would eat there every single day

Though the food is okay, the delivery and service is ABYSMAL. We ordered the new offer than contains 2 doners for 5€, twice, we were supposed to get 4 doners but only 3 showed up. This has not been the first time theyve forgot something during the order, but it usually was fries or a drink so we never bat an eye, but this time we made sure to ask them nicely to recheck if everything is there on the phone while confirming the order, because the last 3 times we ordered theyve forgotten something every time. They assured us that they will not forget. Once we got the order I asked the delivery driver to wait before he goes to check if I have everything but he literally ignored me and drove off. I went inside to check the order and thats where we noticed that one doner was missing. We called myshawarma and once they answered they said that we are trying to scam them and that the kitchen put the order in as ordered. I told them that this isnt the case and that we are the ones that got ripped off here, only for them to respond with "you have to understand the situation here" trying to play the victim in a situation where we got scammed out of our promised order. I asked them afterwards if theres a way to get proof and they said that they'll check the cameras and get back to me in 5 minutes, it has been 40 minutes and i'm still waiting for the call, I even tried to call them but they are not picking up. I am severely disappointed that despite being notorious for always messing orders up, can be so protective and cocky about messing an order to a point where they resort to victimizing themselves to get away with scamming people is appalling. I would avoid ordering here again until they learn from their mistakes or at the very least become more professional in these situations.

PLEASE to who ever reads this comment, i beg you to not buy anything from this enterprise, they are GARBAGE their customer service is absolute GARBAGE avoid at all cost for your own peace of mind

it takes for them 2 hours to deliver it to you, which it takes normaly just 10 minutes from their location. And they forget half of your order!

2 hours for a delivery, they dont even pick up the phone to ask if the order is on the way, never ordering again

Located in the basement with not a very pleasant atmosphere and terribly salty doners. Staff is worse than the food with an attitude. Said that they don’t have any chicken left and then I pointed out that one was on the skewer. Was expecting a hot fresh doner box and got a cold one. Returned it and asked for a new one. They gave me the same one microwaved and had the cheek to lie that it was fresh. It wasn’t because I had added some fries on top of my box and they were still there. Not a place that I will be visiting anytime soon. Did not finish my doner - very disappointing.

Food is not bad Staff is terribly rude and lazy, they definitely must be trained with basic rules 40min waiting time per 2 doners

Very bad service, long delivery. Forgotten my order. Give something else which i didn't order. I paid my order but my order didn't come completely.
