Very clean atmosphere, new hotel. Nice selection for breakfast, very kind and helpful reception and breakfast staff. Easy location, high standard linens and furniture. Global and Turkish )) TV channels. Perfect interior design everywhere specially in bathroom. Parking avaliable. Proper Fire doors in the floors !

The most professional staff. Location is great - rooms are always clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are always there to help and answer any questions one may have. Breakfast is excellent. Great for staying long or short term. Whoever stays at the hotel should take care of the cute dogs at the hotel, the orange and the white ones.

Great place. Very clean. Rooms have everything you need and the shower is comfortable and the water perfect. Rooms have even a boiler for tea or coffee. Staff is really kind and helpful. I gave them some clothes for the laundry and I got them back quickly, clean, and ironed for a very cheap price. Breakfast is rich and delicious. Position is great, really close to the city center. There is also a supermarket and a cafè very close by. Great experience! Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel. Very clean with a warm vibe. Friendly staff. Close to the center. Amazing breakfast spread. I enjoyed the omelets every morning. The rooms are a good size with comfy beds. The wifi is very good. There is a safe and a refrigerator. There is a grocery store one block away to buy water and other items. The windows open two different ways which is very nice. The toilette is a very narrow in the unit I got. There is no pool or gym. There are no vending machines to buy drinks. There is a very relaxed bar right next door. All in all I loved my stay here and hope to be back again.

I Just was a little disappointed that the TV in the rooms does Not offer any German or english Channel. Would have Loved to watch the News in end end of a day. But that is the only "negative" Point i have.

Great and well located hotel in Pristina. Good breakfast but no lunch or dinner. Not a problem really as many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Good value for money

The room was clean, service and breakfast were fine. It’s a pity to have carpet in the room and sound insulation is light.

I come at the City Inn every time I am in town for my business trips and the hotel is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff is very professional, polite and always supportive. This has made my experience in this hotel wonderful.

A great hotell in the middle of Prishtina, close to Mother Theresa Boulevard and many nice restaurants and bars. Great size of rooms, friendly staff fluent in english, good housekeeping and a nice breakfast room.

No hot water for two days. We weren't able to take a shower. Staff didin't have the answer for it nor explained it to the guests properly. They were saying that it will be fixed, leave the water running for 5 minutes and similiar. Breakfast much below average. Hotel is clean however and the beds are comfortable.

A cozy hotel located in the centre of Prishtina. Very well organised and has all a teaveller needs, including a generous breakfast.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Pristina, very convenient to the Mother Theresa pedestrian zone as well as shopping and dining. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, highly recommended!

The City Inn is a new and very clean small hotel where our every wish was fulfilled. The staff at the reception and at breakfast was amazing friendly. The location is excellent - right next to the Dit' e Nat' cafe and the Soma Book Store (restaurant/bar). I highly recommend this hotel with it's personal touch.

We loved our stay at City Inn. Breakfast was the best part. Fresh omelettes each morning + a continental breakfast buffet. The coffee was also delicious. They remembered what we liked and got it ready without asking. The staff was very helpful as well. We asked for little buckets of ice a number of times during our stay and they always accommodated us. They also had a good sense of humor. The hotel is located near the main pedestrian street but is very quiet at night. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever came back to Pristina.

Rooms are good and perfect clean like 5 star hotel, and perfect location, but there is no parking, so you need to find free place or pay. My room was 105 is very comfortable

Very good new hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast has some variety but the waiter can help with your specific request from the kitchen. The restaurant is great if you want to have dinner or lunch. Though reaching the hotel by car might be a little tricky, by foot the location near the boulevard is very convenient.
