Nice hotel with everything needed. Service was top-notch! They allowed me to charge the taxi to my room and pay the driver in Euros, which I was unable to exchange before arriving. They also facilitated PCR tests for our travel back to the states. Breakfast was good too.

Really good bed and room overall, but the bathroom wasn't as good sadly. Toilet badly placed and lacked a toilet bidet, and tough time to shower.

All together I enjoyed my stay. The breakfast buffet is very big and has something for everyone. The staff is also really friendly and accommodating, I felt welcomed when arriving at the hall. But ...for 80€/night I would expect a cleaner bathroom (the bathtub + mirrors), no cobwebs (I guess your high walls make it hard to be cleaned) & the fitness area needs a little update. Tip: I brighter carpet or more light would make a big difference, also the colors of the towels don't suit your brand identity which makes it look a bit 'messy'.. However, i like giving 2nd chances so I'll come over again :)

Gym broken and basically useless, people are ok friendly but not very flexible. Rooms are clean and big. Location ist central, conference rooms are not really nice.

Excellent hotel, great staff. Comfortable rooms (we had room 401). Decent enough breakfast. Nice bar on the top floor of the hotel. Good central location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Unprofessional staff. Poor soundproofing. Basic breakfast. Parking is not easy to manover, and does not aply architectural design standards. Not reccomended. You can find definitley better service in Prishtina with half the price.

Very hospital and the rooms are very clean. The food in the restaurant was above average but not the best, the breakfast was good as expected.

Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Asked for the car to be parked for me due to difficult road conditions in the neighborhood. Car was parked and my checkin expedited. Excellent hotel.

Excellent accomodation, large and very cozy rooms, professional staff, good food. My recommendation to all.

Context: I went with another person at the beginning of the quarantine in the city, in mid-March 2020. There was not much movement in the hotel. We had booked 3 nights, but at the end of the first day we were told that the hotel would close in two days, due to quarantine, and we could not stay a third night. But they were impressed to get an Airbnb if we so wished. The amount charged was 80 € per night for two people. Strengths Efficient and effective check-in. Full guidance available. The breakfast was excellent, you can eat at the request of the person in charge of the room, who was extremely attentive and concerned with us. The same concern occurred when I went to the reception on the second night to ask for guidance on how I could have the cold air. We were promptly relocated just to sleep in a more spacious and therefore colder room. We can leave our things in the room and just go to sleep in the other, in the same hall. Weaknesses: The air conditioning is connected to a central, it cannot be adjusted from inside the room, it must be connected to the reception whenever you want to change. The fact that the air conditioner is connected to a plant prevents, for example, adjusting the air for cold / winter, so if it is winter you will not be able to have a cold air. The city is very polluted in winter, as coal is burned in the houses and you cannot open the window at night as the strong smell of coal invades the room. There was some dirt on the corners of the carpets, and a loose tape on the baseboard, but nothing to impede comfort. When we questioned the reception over the air, the orientation they initially gave us was to open the window, however we warned of the bad smell and were told to open the door, but this way we would lose privacy, but we tried. The solution was only resolved when one of us went down to the reception. Conclusion. It is a hotel to turn to, the staff are extremely helpful, the vast majority of things work well and when it does not work the staff give a way to maintain the comfort of the guest.

This is 2nd time for me in this hotel, which is amazing.

They did not inform us that the mini bar was included with a payment and at the end they made us pay 80 euros just for a some drinks and nuts. We could have easy gone to the local shop and it would've been much cheaper.
