If you find room in this amazing hotel, look for nothing else!!! The second is really far away. Everything is brand new and super clean!!! The breakfast is one of the best I had in a hotel. The French restaurant they have inside the hotel, serves some of the best meals I had all over Europe. And the service? Oh, that is more than 5 stars. The staff is very polite and helpful. I was in Pristina for business but for this hotel I am thinking to take my family as well for a few days off. Worths every cent!!!

All staff are very pleasant and professional. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. The food is pretty good. The hotel offers a nice sized indoor swimming pool, a cocktail/cigar lounge, conference rooms and a small gym. Location is a bit out of the city. I wouldn't recommend for visiting travelers. You will need taxi service to access the city.

Perfect stay, very helping and welcoming staff, the fastest room services, specially pesa and ole(oliver) i hope I mentioned there names right LOL, very quiet and no noisy guests, there is a dry cleaning which is a bit expensive, the food was amazing except as arab we find it difficult to find food with chicken but still good. Thank you pesa and ole for your kind souls and warm welcome 🌹🌹🌹.

Nice hotel. We had a suite for a family of 3. The refrigerator in the kitchen wasn't working, no enough trash cans, there wasn't even a trash can in the bathroom! The breakfast was good. Unlike the other guests, I didn't have any problem with the AC. The safety box wasn't working and that's a HUGE downside! We asked them to fix it but they didn't!

The pool of this hotel is designed in such a way that I got a cut on my foot while swimming there. Normally, there shouldn't be a step with such material as ceramic where I got a deep cut on my foot. Moreover, the hotel did not have a first aid package respectively they didn't have iodine to clean my wound. The management refused to offer assistance or cover the expenses which caused me a full week off from work, had to be vaccinated and extra costs. They were rude and said this is your responsibility, we don't care.(that I cut my foot on their pool due to their fault). I don't recommend this hotel overall. If you go there careful because if you need some kind of assistance, especially medical, you might not get it.

Definitely the worst hotel experience in my life. Rooms are not soundproof and we could "enjoy" noise from corridors and other rooms up to 5AM. If you like noise this hotel is for you. If you want to sleep search for another hotel

Good service. Great food. But in the morning I was woken up by sounds of construction. There were people on my terrace watching me sleep.

I was disappointed with the temperature of the facility. Despite it being winter, the place was quite cold, and the swimming pool was also cold. This made it difficult to fully enjoy my experience at the spa. I hope that the management can improve the heating system to provide a more comfortable environment for guests. We also found out upon arrival that the jacuzzi was not working, instead of being informed of this beforehand when we called for reservation.

The food is great, what I liked the most is the pool and also during the winter (December 2019) the heat was on high level, even at 7:00 am. Another thing that satisfied me were that the waiters on the bar were girls and so beautiful and clean.

One of the best stays in my life!!! Not only is the hotel very charming, comfortable and overall very pleasant to stay in, but the staff is one of the nicest I ever had to get to know. I especially thank Erëza at the reception who did a lot for me. Thank you again for your trust Erëza!!! ;-) All members of the staff are really, really nice and I would recommend everyone planing to stay in Pristina to give priority to this wonderful hotel.

We used to love coming here for the Spa, it was peaceful, clean and great service. we've come several times and left feeling relaxed and like we got our moneys worth. However, today was a complete disappointment and ruined our entire opinion of the place. The Staff were smoking in the spa, guests were vaping and children were running around the Spa. Not the hotel's fault at all, but guests had no idea about Spa Etiquette so they were loud, playing music from their phones, being invasive and rude towards us as people also using the spa. Which we have never experienced before! I hope the hotel remind their staff that smoking in the Spa should not be allowed and remind their guests that this is a place to relax and share with other people who wish to relax too. Unfortunately, we have left more frustrated and stressed today than we arrived.
