This is my first below 4 star review ever, but the staff in this place really went out of their way to deserve this 1 star review. First they served me the wrong order, then switched my side, and then 5 min later while taking my first bite, the waiter yells at me from distance "don't eat it". I decided to just get done with my lunch and after I was done I wanted to know how they handle such a situation, their response was to blame me, for eating the wrong order. A restaurant that pretends to be high end, cannot even take responsibility for such a rookie mistake. They may hide all they want behind the fake reviews to bring their review average up, but I can see the comments the reality is their service stinks all around. I know where not to go again.

The waiters were extremely rude. You had to call them several times and loudly (something I hate doing!) to grab their attention. They wouldn't even look you in the eyes, and walked away without confirming that they got your order. Also, it took them 10 minutes to serve you something extra, like a sauce or a soda drink (which was warm, and unsurprisingly the glass didn't even have ice cubes on it! 🤮) Won't ever go there again!

Worst service you could imagine. They delayed a simple burger for 40 minutes and in the end they charged me for extra mayonnaise that they didnt even bring/serve. They brought me the drink after 10 minutes and it was very warm and I was almost finished with my food. Untrained staff is a big issue. Definitely not recommended!

The floor and toilet's are not really clean and fresh air doesn't circulate well in the cafe, which is why you get tired quickly and the need to leave. I came to work with my laptop but it's not possible for longer than 30 min. Food & Drinks are comparably expensive for the quality. The service is below average, a bit disappointing but understandable when you know what waiters get paid for 10h shifts, 6 days/week. I'm happy nobody was allowed to smoke inside, this seems to be rare in prishtina. This was in December where you couldn't sit outside. Maybe during summer it's nicer outside. Will give it a second change in spring! :)

Sach is the café I always go to. They have brewed coffee. Not found easily in Prishtina. Probably the only ones who serves that. A bit expensive compared to other local café's. However great and high standards. Staff is friendly.

Sach café offers a variety of beverages including but not limited to hot American style coffee, teas, iced coffee and frappes, and fresh lemonade. They also have a decent menu with sandwiches and the like. However, the pricing is a bit above the average found in Prishtina. The nice look of the place isn't even close to a compansation for the staff's attitude. I would say untrained, but they are plain rude. By far the worst I have ever encountered. If I could go below 1 star I would. P. S. Chicken was so undercooked, it went "ouch" when I took a bite.
