I wanted a Check-Up and called them. They told me it costs 160 Euro. So I made an appointment for the next day and went there. When I arrived they said i had no appointment and had to go through a consulting with a doctor first which costs 25 Euros. After the consulting the price was suddenly 260 Euros + 25 Consulting Fees. If they could, they would scam you until theres nothing left of you

My father had problems and after several checks in this hospital, they said the gallbladder urgently needed to be removed. Apparently it is so inflamed and has so many gallstones in it that the operation was scheduled for the next day. The operation should take about 2 hours and cost €2800! costs. (additional additional costs) Since we live in Switzerland, I traveled to Switzerland with my father because I had a bad feeling about this hospital and the doctor. After a short hospital visit in Switzerland, the diagnosis was made quickly. Gallstones are there, but you definitely don't need surgery! If possible, people try not to have an operation there or, even better, not in Kosovo at all. I believe profit comes above all else in this hospital. 👎👎

Don’t ever go to this hospital especially after midnight in the emergency when Dr. VJOSA ZEKA is the main doctor!!!! I tested negative for Covid doing PCR earlier and was not able to get the formal letter from the lab, just an answer from the phone, after that I tried to sleep and I couldn’t, since my throat was really bad and sick, she thought I was lying for my test result, and she was so so rude, totally unprofessional, speaking out loud that she couldn’t even consider me here since I didn’t have the test with me, not to mention I was almost crying from my throat pain, she decided finally I take some urgent medication for that night, and yet she was so rude and unbelievably not responsible for her patient!!!!!

American hospital? 🙈🙈🙈 You had no idea here, but don't deceive and lie to people! I was with my husband and I didn't get any help! 😡😡😡😡😡 Maybe they only do operations and talk about large sums and CASH? Come on brother

Horrible hospital. They don’t care about patients.We have never been a hospital like this. Only word is TERRIBLE. I hope nobody is in need of help with these people.

I Was in the Hospital for Headaches, and after they looked at me they said its better to make magnetic resonance and after that they diagnosed me with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. And they said u have to make some more test for some more investigations. After that i was at another Neurolog and he told me there is no chance of MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS on me. THEY JUST WANNA SCAM U.

I booked a visit the day before for a check-up with one of the doctors here, yet the receptionist (a young woman at the fron desk) did not allow me to see the doctor because my ID had shortly expired - according to her she can not book me in on the system without a valid ID. Very dissapointing . Luckily there are enough other doctors out there - so never again at this place

Poor value for money paid, mostly unprofessional disrespectful staff. Is holding on shoulders of few good respectful personnel otherwise no one would go here.

I was there to remove my gallbladder, was positively suprised by the whole staff and workers there. They did check on me regularly, and they took really good care for the time i was there. Its more organized than other hospitals in the kosovo. Its a privat institution so of course its more expensive than the public ones, fortunately for me, my insurance coverd for the surgery. Would definitely recommend it for those who can afford it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE , I had to have my appendix removed in an emergency operation on Friday night , terrible service I was turned away with life threatening pain and the emergency doctor at your hospital didn't even check me to see what the problem was , he told me in a rude way to go th the national hospital. DO NOT USE this hospital .

I read the bad reviews and was surprised since I had a good experience a few years ago but anything can change so I went back on 10 August 2022 to have water removed from my elbo. I went up to the front desk that was staffed with four girls who immediately directed me to the Orthopedic Center and one of the girls escorted to ensure I didn’t get lost. Upon arrival an Orthopedic Doctor examined my elbow and extracted the fluid within 15 minutes of arrival. Total cost $70. So for me it was a great experience. My bad experience occurred when visiting the public hospital prior to the American Hospital. I wandered around an ugly building and couldn’t find anyone to help me so I guess you get what you pay for.

The best orthopedic services with quality unavailable in my country. After arriving to the hospital (with a really bad leg injury - ski accident) entire procedure, starting from emergency room through surgery up to leaving the hospital, has been done with inceredible professionalism, speed and feeling of safety on my side. The fact that they call themselves American hospital yet it's difficult to find staff to help because no one speaks English is a huge red flag. When requesting things (reports or bills) it's difficult to get them in English. If this is a " private hospitals" service in Kosovo- I'd hate to see what public hospitals are like.

Went for minor surgery (3 stitches on my left index). State of the art procedures and handling at the emergency ward. Recommended!

I have just undergone my second surgery at the hospital. The doctors and nurses were great, extremely attentive, and most helpful. Whenever my family and I have gone there for doctor visits, xrays, etc. I have been amazed at how fast the service is, unlike much of the U.S. And the price--excellent!

I don't think this hospital need one more comment. Go far from this hospital.

I was to AH two times to see the pediatrician for my little daughter. Both doctors we saw were speaking English and they took very good care for her every time. If we have to see the doctor, while in Kosovo, we will go to American Hospital for sure.
