I wish I could give them 0 stars. Staff was super unprofessional and was extremely rude to us, this was shocking especially considering how much money we were going to spend! We asked the nurse (if she was even a licensed nurse as she claimed) who was going to contract blood to change her gloves because we saw her walk into the room from another room with the same gloves. She then made a scene saying she changed them and continued to insult and offended us. This was the easiest task she could’ve done and yet she still refused which is extremely abnormal and honestly disgusting.

The price-performance ratio is not right at all and we haven't heard of any hygiene measures here either. I felt totally uncomfortable and it makes you feel like you need a lot of cosmetic surgery. No, I don't want to look like a 20-year-old when I'm over 40
