It was just for a transit … the hotel more like student accommodation , which is fine nothing against it. Depending which room that you book or availability you might end up at the non pleasing layout sleeping place. - Room is basic, night light requires fixing or even replace . The bedsheets got few debris on top of it so is quite questionable Smell of the room bit moldy and if you have respiratory problem can be quite hazard - Because of the room is not soundproofing well, it was loud noise around 3 AM all the way until 4, you might have a sleeping problem The plus side is quite near to the toll way

We had a very unpleasant and unrestful stay here. The room was not clean - sheets had mild stains but there was sand/dirt where we were supposed to sleep. The bathroom had a dank smell as many in Indonesia do, but it did not feel clean and there was even toilet paper stuck to the wall. The pillows were firm and way larger than typical; I switched it out for a packing cube in the middle of the night when I got woken up by the mosque next door. The call to prayer began around 3am and ended close to 4am. It was incredible loud; my high-end ear plugs did nothing to block it.

It's not an expensive place to spend a night at Probolinggo. Through an online reservation agent you get less than Rp.300.000 for suite room no. 105. If you would like to have breakfast, just pay for Rp. 30.000 per person and make reservation at receptionist before 20:00 local time. The room is quite cozy with a queen size bed.

Though it’s not a modern, fancy hotel, its prime location is definitely a plus point. It’s not always easy to find a hotel that is within walking distance to: massage and reflexology, coffee house, convenience store, and authentic local restaurants. And this hotel offers you all those conveniences.

Room : Clean, but the bed sheet not so comfortable to look, but for transit hotel, just wish it's clean. Bathroom : Clean n big enough, you got the towel but a bit kinda old and dirty, im not recommended to use it. Reception staff : Very nice and helpfull Restaurant : Bad experience. I just have 14 hrs long road trip, hungry and tired, and the restaurant reject our order just because their 30 mnts to close. Kinda begging them to help coz I'm really tired to go out looking for food, but they still say no. Notes : I'm definitely not going back here for 2nd time Price : $$ (the best from this hotel)

This hotel is not a new and modern kind of hotel but it is also very clean and have very big parking lot. The room is clean and has comfortable bed too. The lobby is nice and esthetic. They prepared welcome drink for all the guests. They also prepared dinner for 2 for each room. The breakfast package has some choices such as gudeg, fried rice, fruit, toasts, jam, tea, juices, infused water, pudding, cake. The food is delicious. The attendants are very nice and helpful. As a diabetic, I also can store my insulin stocks at the restaurant fridge. We had a very comfortable stay of a night here!

It's ok. Reasonably priced. Front desk lady totally rude but the other staff excellent and breakfast one of the best.

Stayed in ground floor room, no 4 Biggest problem is the room has zero sound proofing. Hotel is next to busy road and all traffic noise whole night will be heard in the room Because the room is next to staircase, the noise of foot steps, especially ladies footwear, is a big disturbance. Car security alarm from a car parked in the parking in front of the room was turning on every hour. Cats were screaming and fighting. The prayer at 4:30 am from nearby mosque was very loud. There were frequent power cuts and the Aircon did not resume when the power came back and I had to turn it on manually every time. This went on for at least 4 times till past mid night. Towel, cups and saucers were not very clean. Bathroom was not very clean, very poorly lit and had to shave without light on the face. Very basic breakfast, just two kinds of fruits, bread, butter, jam, live omlette counter, rice and two dishes to go with rice.Show less Date of stay: August 2022

This year I got a better room 201. Cleaner toilet and the air-con cold. However the shower 🚿 water pressure is low and small. The breakfast served was poor, the bread was finnish with no top up.

Good hotel, clean n comfort. Only the air condition is not cool enough. Please improve the service so that the customer will feel comfortable staying there. Recommended

bedroom was ok and very small . I still can accept it with the price given but come onnnn the bathroom we were in smelt like there had been someone dead inside there! When we open the bathromm door , there were flies coming out of it and i couldnt imagune how UNHYGIENIC this hotel was ! This is probably the WORST hotel ive ever been in my entire life . I would've rated ut 0 stars if i can ! Very dirty and not worth the price ! not to mention that the flush and ac isnt working too :( As a tourist , I am very dissapointed for the service given by the hotel .

Located near exit toll road, this two star hotel was quite comfortable for transit after long hour driving. . When I was stay here, I also managed to go to Bromo by local tour & travel. . Room was quite large, with various TV Channel from local and international, air conditioning, and chair + table inside the room. . The bathroom also quite good, with hot and cold water, and sink on it. . However some items need to be improved, especially towel and floor cleanliness, and availability of power cord. . Definetely will be back again, if I pass by Probolinggo city

Simple. IT’S THE BEST (WORTHY) HOTEL STAY EXPERIENCE IN PROBOLINGGO! I stayed in this hotel 4 times (3 times standard, 1 superior) and the hospitality and quality never changed. Well, I have to say the room quality is not as best as hotel in Bali or Jakarta. But, for a small city like probolinggo, this is the worthy already and surely I will keep staying here everytime departure-return Jakarta Bali!

Quite good for a 2-star hotel. The room was quite spacious. The staff is friendly.
