Awesome new gym in Prague that's great for a drop-in. Dora and the other gym members were super friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended!

If you want to get into crossfit and don't know where to start, it's here. Did the Fundamentals classes with Dan and I couldn't recommend it more. A great mix of technical knowledge, fun and sweat, adapted to my body type and abilities. Be ready to get loads of useful feedback to improve your technique and well-timed encouragements to push through your limits. Loved it!

Definitely the most welcoming box I’ve ever been to. The works were very challenging, but the warm ups were good and the the mobility and stretching after was helpful. The facilities had everything you could need, and it had two levels if you wanted to do your own workout. The coaches were excellent and very supportive.

I visited the box for an open workout as a drop-in. Couch Lenka and the members were just great. I was so well received 🤩 Once again, a big thank you to the two girls who judged and cheered me. You did a great job and got the best out of me. Thank you 🙏🏻 When I'm in Prague again, I will definitely visit you again ❤️

This is an absolutely brilliant CrossFit gym! I highly recommend to both new and experienced people alike, as Dora has created a very high-quality and welcoming training environment. All of the coaches have a great attitude and are focused on helping you to achieve your goals. When I first joined I had never tried CrossFit before, but I was able to develop my strength, confidence and abilities thanks to this special place. It's now been 2 years! The coaches can push you when needed, but they also help you to correct your form and make the right decisions during the class. The gym also has a good vibe, the other members are friendly and supportive, and it's often the best part of my week 😊 🙌

I do drop ins all over the world, but this was probably my best one ever. Great coaching, very nice venue in the centre of Prague. Got super lucky that there was a team event (bowling) going on that evening, and they were so nice to invite me to that! Spent a lovely evening with the team, and will definitely come back to this box! Thanks, all!

Dropped in while on vacation in Prague. The coaches were friendly and knowledgeable! Coach Filip did a great job going thru the warm up and demonstrating points of performance. Gym was clean. Members were nice and welcoming. It was a great atmosphere and a good WOD.

Small place, but perfect to know the everyone in the gym and the coach are spending more time with you to help you correct, optimise, improve your form and get in better shape. The coaches are super qualified under Dora (Co-Owner) who's crossfit Level 3. She is taking part of the training of the future coach in Europe. So nothing more than quality! It is international so if you do not speak Czech you won't struggle there! This is the community you want to be part of

Fantastic, friendly, supportive atmosphere with a great group of people from all walks of life. Owners are amazing, knowledgeable and love their jobs which really comes through in their training. Highly recommended.

I’ve had workouts with Dora, the owner and certified CrossFit trainer, for several months now and I have to say that she is one of the best trainers I’ve ever encountered. The workouts are professionally designed and full of fun. The new place of Metronom CrossFit has brand new equipment and all the venue has been remodified to best serve the workouts. If you think about starting with CrossFit, this should definitely be the place to be.

Brand new, friendly box in central Prague. Dropped in to complete 20.1 and felt really welcome - all cool gear and some properly friendly people and experienced coaches who were both motivating and managed to make burpees less unpleasant than usual 😂 Definitely recommend!

I visited the box on Saturday as a drop in. The coach was really nice, spoke perfect English and helped us the whole time. The box has all the needed equipment and has the best music I heard so far in a box 😊
