Stopped at Happy Days during a weekday afternoon to enjoy a pancake after a day at the beach. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, they welcomed us in straight away! The pancake arrived very quickly and everything tasted amazing. Their facilities were also extremely clean! Like 10/10 clean! Thank you for a great service!

Simply the best Kleftiko on the island of Cyprus. In addition the service was excellent and all the staff extremely friendly. Can't wait to go back.

Nice restaurant right on the main street. Very nice and friendly staff, food excellent and at the same time very quickly prepared. Kleftiko was fantastic. For kleftiko, Caesar salad, two large portions of pancakes and lots of drinks a total of 50 EUR = very acceptable. I recommend.

Brilliant restaurant. Food was to die for and prices were very affordable. Service was great, friendly atmosphere. We went back after dining there first time, because we loved every mouthful of our dinner. If you in Protaras, you must visit Happy Days, you won't regret it.

Happy days what a great restaurant. My wife and I ate there last night and it was brilliant. We had two different mushroom starters they were fantastic, mains we had arrabbiata pasta which there was too much for my wife I had the Stifado it was the best 👌 I ever had. The Dessert my wife had was out of this world (Pralina delight)😋 I just had a brandy sour 😋. Definitely go back to HAPPY DAYS 😊

Mediterranean cuisine at reasonable pruces and good quality. We has the paella and Carbonara for our little one. Tasty food and large portions made to good taste. Very polite and quick service. My older son also tried a crepe with strawberries, he claims its the best he ever had! Recommended for a casual dinner, lunch or breakfast!

Nice restaurant, the food was very good, the salmon filet does not justify the price.. especially the starters everything we ordered was excellent, dips with pita bread, garlic bread with mozzarella and mushrooms stuffed with cheese.. the pasta carbonara was also very tasty.

The food was floating in oil. We ordered calamari, chips and lamb chops. So we felt like we drank 1ltr of oil. Very avarege food

Stayed here a number of years ago its lovely place to stay and the staff were brilliant and only a stones throw away from the beach 5 stars 🌟

Had a really nice meal here, service and food were both excellent, I had the pork chop ,it was full of flavour and so big I only just about ate it! The menu here is vast, I don't know how they manage it! There will definitely be something on the menu for everyone, Happy Days 😊

A great place in the city center on the main street, attentive staff, they are professionals in their field. The food is delicious, the salad with avocado - I have never tasted tastier in my life. If you are in Cyprus, be sure to visit this place!)

Incredible food! The service was excellent. Me and my girlfriend ordered the lamp fillet and sea bass. We have a history of fine dining and are picky with how it’s suppose to taste. This was no exception of the nice dinners we have enjoyed the past years. The food was nice presented on the plates and the meat was so tender. The staff asked us during our stay if everything tasted alright and was so easy to get a hold of. We are definitely going to eat here one more time before we travel home. /A Swedish couple

I have to confess that although I have visited here several times, I only go for the pancakes and a drink! I was introduced to their variety of these sweet treats years ago and keep returning for them whenever I holiday in Cyprus. Judging by how busy it was on this latest visit, it is also a popular place for an evening meal as well. I believe that tells you this restaurant, which is clean and has good service, offers good value and decent food.

Excellent food in the center of Protaras. Fast service and quality ingredients. They have different offers each day, as good quality as the adjacent Restaurants but with free drink included. Professional and sharp staff. Tried authentic paella of the day, very tender and large shrimps combined with tasty clams and 2 baby squids. Very tasty.

Just returned after a fabulous 2 week holiday at this hotel and I must say what a brilliant time both hubby and I have had. Anna the owner and all her wonderful staff/family made this a holiday to remember. They could not do enough for you...from sorting out a personal problem to catering for all your needs nothing was ever too much trouble. Anna your one of a kind. Rooms/reception/toilets/ garden....spotless Meals....yummy Pool/ sun beds.....spot on (no 6am down to put towels out). Views from seaview room.....fantastic. Location....right on the strip. Must give the little night porter a big thank you who helped us with our luggage the first night plus lovely conversations when we came back on an evening. Loved listening to his stories regarding life in Cyprus, but mainly about his figs ha. Looking forward to returning in September and can't wait to see you all again. Take care see you soon xx

I didn’t stay at there hotel but I did try out the restaurant twice, what I can say is that the food is great here and the customer service is okay. I wish the waitress listened abit more as twice I’ve come here & she’s either forgotten an item or made a mistake!

We came here for a quick and inexpensive bite during the early afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. Pretty decent place in my opinion. Staff seems a hit or miss, depends on the person and food was pretty good. Enjoined the outside seating and the seaview view-that's a bonus!

This was such a wonderful experience! The best food we tried in 10 days and the Chicken liver is unbelievable! Must try when you are in Protaras.

We're at the end of a 10 night stay in Protaros & we've dined out every night. For our last night we visited here again as it was our favourite of all we'd dined at. I can highly recommend the calamari starter, pork souvlaki & the seafood platter - they were the best I've ever tasted.

Eat dinner here! Had our best dinner of our trip here for our last day and we regret not coming here sooner. Super tasty, good value and great service. A++

Food was nice and very good prices for a starter and main for 2 people came to €38. Wanted paella but 2 people have got to have the paella together which was dissapointing. Only one waitress was friendly and gave great service the other waiters had a can't be arsed attitude and came across very rude .

My favourite restaurant in Protaras... family run and family friendly. Had a great meal tonight. Not our first and won't be our last. Thanks Happy days. P.S we will come for our pudding tomorrow 😉

Yum yum yum! One of the best restaurants in Protaras. Their menu is a mix of Italian, Greek, French, Spanish and Cypriot. Authentic food, well presented, big portions, good value for money, fast service, excellent sangria, and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Excellent from start to finish with great value for money also comes with a professional service. They missed one dish but offered a free dessert which we never took them up on. P.S the chips are home made just like my mum makes them.

Had a fantastic meal at Happy Days today! Seafood Paella was amazing! Staff very friendly. Fast service. Very reasonable prices. Loads of options on the menu. Would well recommend a visit! We'll be coming back soon!

We ordered a fish platter for three something that inspires freshness and lively flavours. However after a 40min wait in our great disappointment the shrimps were stone cold, the fried calamari was not cleaned something that through off the taste. But above all the mussels tasted and smelled like rotten fish which is rather concerning. At least the french fries were nice...

This was the best restaurant we visited in Protaras! Stifado was really delicious!! Sea food covered by tasty sauses. Service was perfect. I can really recommend the restaurant.

Hotel is spotlessly clean with spacious rooms, Staff are brilliant and tend to your every need, Restaurant is superb with a varied menu prepared to the highest standard to your own taste, when you stay at Happy Days its everything you want and more it's a great hotel all round 🎉🎊

This is another if my must visit restaurants whenever I am in Cyprus. The food is great. I have never had a bad meal here. The moussaka is to die for. Yiotis, Michalis, Fi and the rest of the staff make you feel so welcome. They are very good at their jobs. Good value too.

This review is ONLY for the restaurant, we did NOT stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, nothing we had for lunch was authentic. The Patatas Bravas were definitely not anything like what you get in Spain and the "fresh cut" fries were soggy and possibly not completely fried and surely not seasoned. The burger was ok. The waiting times were borderline unacceptable as they had only 2 people serving all the tables (restaurant was full). The staff was very friendly and apologized multiple times - not sure if this was just bad luck today.. Also, I think it is unacceptable to have a 33cl sparkling water on the menu but then serve a 20cl bottle of sparkling water and charge the same price as for the 33cl. It's not about whether I would have ordered it or not, it's just really bad business practice and seems like screwing customers - when we mentioned this, they said that they would inform management. I cannot recommend this place.

We have been visiting this place for the past 30 years Food, sweets and service have been excellent. This year, our repeated complaints, about their hand sanitizer, that is glue like and sticky, have fallen on deaf ears. The owners refuse to replace it with a better quality, so tonight it may very well be our last visit. If you like their good food, sweets and service then, take your own sanitizer.
