Great hotel and price, I stayed here with my parents and I paid for B&B £724 for 7 weeks. Inside the hotel always smelt amazing, and the staff at reception were super friendly. There was a good range of food at breakfast time, there is something for everyone. I would always have the pancakes covered in milk and white chocolate every morning. The bar by the pool had a good selection of drinks and we never struggled to get a bed to sunbathe in the morning. Just watch out that you do not slip up around the pool, I nearly slipped up about 3 times. Rooms were decent, can't really day a bad thing about it. The beach restaurants service was a bit poor. The manager was fantastic, he kept on telling the staff off for just standing around. We got a few orders wrong and we sat there for ages waiting for drinks, food and the bill however the food was tasty. There is a lovely sitting area though where you can chill, drink cocktails and listen to the sea. It's about 10-15 min walk to the strip along the sea front. It's a great location and very quiet.

For adults who wish to have lovely views, close access to the beach and quality time, a little bit further from the busy/noisy area. + Super clean modern rooms Quiet area (7-10min walk from main street) Close distance to the beach (with deckchairs and umbrellas, you have to pay council €7.5 for two beds and umbrella for a while day) Private swimming pool and deckchairs Great breakfasts choices and beautiful home made desserts during evening meal Access to long promenade where can take hours long walks along the sea For guests there was a washing machine, dryer, library, shop, ironing board) Nice cafe with sea view, elegant sofas and canopy. - No good real bean coffee from the coffee machine in the dining room (it was cheep instant coffe) No clear tags on buffet meals (hard to recognise which one were vege) No free drinks for diner, you had to pay extra (we had half board)

The hotel was clean and spacious. The pool was small for all residents but with the beach a minute away, it's not really an issue. Sunrises we're amazing as were all the staff, waiters and cleaners, such a friendly atmosphere. Location perfect with beach and strip very close by. The scenery was beautiful and I would return to this hotel again. So many restaurants its best to chose a different one each night. Food in hotel was OK but not large variety. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean

Just got home from our 2nd visit to this hotel. Stunning beach front location very clean and modern with all facilities that you could need. Staff from reception to the cleaners are exceptional nothing is to much trouble. About a 15 minute walk to protaras main strip where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool to enjoy in a relaxed environment with bar and restaurant on sea front . I would definitely recommend this hotel

We are sadly leaving today but have had a lovely stay in Protoras, made better by our time at the Evalena Beach hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day, we were given fresh towels, clean cups and had toiletries re stocked. Hotel is in an ideal location for lovely beaches and walks. It is also close to local bars and restaurants. We came off season but still had a good selection of places to go. If you want a drink at night in the hotel bar you will be delighted by the service of a lovely gentleman called Kaspars who was friendly, smiley, accomodating and had lots of local knowledge. On Tuesday and Friday there is an excellent local musician called Koullis who is a great singer and guitarist - not to be missed. I highly recommend staying at Evalena Beach hotel and I would come again in a flash.

Nice clean hotel, relaxed pool bar and comfy lounge, no bar in the quiet reading room, other than that good all round

Lovely little hotel, staff very polite especially Kasper the Barman very good at his job makes some fantastic Cocktails, as for the chefs there food is amazing.

Our waiter was so lovely every morning and evening. He would always take our plates and sit us in our seats, true gentleman. The food was amazing, the staff were all lovely.

We were some friends on vacation at the hotel and we really enjoyed everything!! The hotel staff is amazing, great rooms, good food, excellent pool, walking distance to the city center. Overall we had an amazing experience. highly recommend!

Stayed here for 7 nights, half board. Managed to get an early check-in with no cost. The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. Food is very good at breakfast and is themed in the evenings although there isn't much choice for kids.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable! The only thing that has knocked room down to 4 is there is no iron. The food in the beach restaurant is amazing, could have comfortably eaten there everyday. The buffet breakfast was nice, not the best I've had, but it was enough for our holiday, we didn't have to go out for breakfast. Location was good! Right on the beach, far enough from the strip so no noise, but near enough to walk up to for food, shopping and entertainment!

We had a 10 night stay at the Evalina in October. We were bed and breakfast and had a great experience. The room was modern and of a good size. Our balcony faced inland and although not as nice as sea-view, the views were great. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and the food was of a high quality. There was plenty of room inside and out to sit in the restaurant even when it was busy. The pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers. There weren't any problems getting a lounger or parasol. Staff were excellent and couldn't be any more helpful and the room was cleaned every day. Overall an excellent hotel and I would highly recommend

Lovely location, lovely staff, all very accommodating, the only down side is if you have a family room or an extra bed in you're room they are very hard as they are only a pull out chair bed. The views are amazing from almost every side of the hotel, whether you may be looking out over the beach or in land. With only a 8 minute walk to the main strip, plenty to eat and more then enough cocktail bars but only sfinxs is worth going to with the best drink selection in my opinion after try nearly all of them. Food from the hotel is spot on for what it is. Good for couples or families.

I didn't stay here but came to make enquiries about bringing clients to this hotel in 2024. From 4 other hotels I visited in the area, this is the only one who seemed remotely interested in my business. The reception team and reservations manager were all extremely welcoming and took the time show me around the various rooms and hotel facilities. I was impressed with the quality of the hotel throughout and friendliness of the staff - first impressions count for everything. The hotel is in a quiet area right near the beach, with a short walk to local shops, restaurants, bars etc. I will most certainly be opting to book my clients here based on my experience.

Overall, great hotel Hotel! It is located in a distant location (50 minutes drive from Larnaca). Has its own restaurant, beach, pool, and attractions. It's basically for adults who would like to get some quiet time for themselves. Pros: 🟢 + Great service. For example, when we've arrived, we had a problem with our air-conditioning. Called the receptionist, and within minutes, someone came. He was the nicest guy! Cleaned the filter and fixed everything really quickly with a smile. + had its own garage, but you can park outside without any issues. + There's a small refrigerator! + basic with some additional types of foods for breakfast. + big beds! King size. Cons: 🔴 - The breakfasts are fine, but every morning, it is like 98% the same. Also, the coffee machine has a really strong coffee without an option to change how strong it is. In addition to that, there are no cereal bowls! It's a soup plate, really awkward. - The bedroom was a little dirty when we came. The floor was sticky. It was fixed the next morning, but we have noticed.. - not all of the staff know English, so it might be tougher to communicate. - There's a refrigerator, which is great! But, it's inside a cute cabinet, and it causes the refrigerator to become hot. We had to keep both doors open to keep it at a safe temperature. TLDR; ⚠️❤️ Overall, it's a great hotel for its price. We would probably come back!

The first thing I would like to say is how spotless the whole hotel is, lots of hard work by all that work there. The location is great, with only a short walk to the strip. Good selection for breakfast, bar price reasonable as well

Fabulous hotel, very clean, food average, most staff were friendly

The bed was very uncomfortable, the food was mediocre at best. The all inclusive package is very poor for the price (not even bottled water is included). The hotel is very focused on cost saving and it unfortunately shows in everything, even in the covid-19 prevention measures which were very relaxed and we felt unsafe at times. The staff (especially at the reception) were not friendly. Not suitable for families! It's the first bad review I ever wrote and unfortunately I had to cause the reviews for this hotel are very misleading!

Disgusting staff! Beachfront rooms should be viewed from the balcony with binoculars. The managers made us a bit too big for what we asked to change to a room with a view.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at was the Evalena Beach Hotel in Protaras. The location is excellent with all beaches being within walking distance. Our room was very elegant and comfortable and the sea view was one of a kind. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were all incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again!

Nice spot to relax and get refreshment

Nice rooms, clean and quiet. Staff not so happy to help except one receptionist who was nice. Busy pool all day so you won't swim much and all sunbeds reserved before 10am. Breakfast nothing special and very busy just before 10am when it closes, no bags allowed in the breakfast area in case you were to sneak a hardboiled egg or two. Safe and fridge will cost you per day, two screws under the fridge removed and that's just the safe to pay for. Overall a nice clean hotel in a good location but I wouldn't rush back.

Stayed for one week - food was okay, breakfast was good! Most of the staff is friendly, two stars down from one particular bar staff member that walked around in a white shirt. Seemed to strives to just avoid serving us and was just acted very rude to us. Friendly to others (women) and rude to men. Avoid the kiosk or if you go there, black shirted waiters are more polite and nicer!!

Location 4 stars. Room, pool and cleaness 4 stars. View from our room to the ocean was beautiful. Customer service at the hotel was bad. Some waiters were nice and actually tried to be polite. Kitchen staff were nice. Laundy service did not work. The "service" was: There was one washingmaschine for customers to use for 2 euros and you had to have your own washing powder. The machine was out of order. And when I asked where is the nearest laundryshop the lady at the reception seems to be frustrated and said i should go and ask from another hotel.. breakfast ok, boring but ok. Not 4 stars . Their kiosk food was really good . Spa.... Lady who work there were was nice . I had massage, jacuzzi and aromatherapy. Jacuzzi was cold and stopped working . Aromatherapy: what aromatherapy? There were just candels wich were not eaven lighted.. only the massage was ok. And one little bonus for the end of the holiday: my daughters dearest teddybear got stolen from the luggage room. Answer to this was there is nothing we can do, lot of people can get to that room. So if you gonna stay in this place enjoy the view and location but do not leave any belongings unwatched.

The Evalena has recently been refurbed and it is beyond amazing. It’s so clean and the facilities are fantastic. It has the best location - just on the edge of the strip, you get the best of both worlds. It’s quiet but only a short walk into town. The rooms (particularly the upgraded rooms) are fantastic - spacious and luxurious. We never had any problems getting sunbeds round the pool each day. The breaksfast is also spot on - so much choice and so tasty. What really tops things off are the staff. Pavlos is the best bar man, making the best cocktails. Ilias works the pool bar. Both are just really lovely people and so genuine - they can’t do enough for you. Thank you for the best holiday, we 100% recommend the Evalena and will be returning.

Lovely hotel on the beach. Close to bars & restaurants but far enough away to have a peaceful night's sleep.

Good place, located on the outskirts of Protaras, but very cozy and right by the sea Rooms are well maintained and clean.
