An okay, 3 star, cozy hotel. Recently renovated into modern style. The reception service is amazing, yet the food variety is quite low, as well as drinks. The one remark is that the water in the shower and sink is extremely soft. The rooms are great, yet the TV is stationarily fixed in one place so you need to tilt your head towards the left to be able to see. Has no room service.

First impressions, excellent hotel. Rooms are spotless, serviced by caring staff. Buffet breakfast very good. Items for everyone. Fill up for the day. Small charge for the in room-safe but we'll worth it. Air conditioning very good. Adequate wardrobes for two, with hangers. Very good English speaking reception, but try some Greek words. They really appreciate it. Totally recommended.

Staff not so Friendly as in 2022. Especially the male waiters in the restaurant. No smiles. Food is worse than in 2022. Cleaning is top. Pool to busy. But price quality is good. Personally we will spend a bit more next time for better hotel.

It’s an average hotel, for the same money you could find something better. The main reason I won’t be going back, is due to staff thefts and poor customer service. I checked out the hotel on Wednesday at 5pm, at exactly 6.03pm I was on the transfer bus to the airport and realised that I didn’t pack mine (and my partners) sunglasses. They had been left in our room, I was 100% sure of this because I always pack them in the same location in my suitcase. So, I emailed the hotel straight away and informed them. The next day and they never responded to my email, so I chased them again but I still didn’t get a reply the following day. I called them twice and they kept stringing me along and didn’t seem to care. Eventually on Monday (5 days later!), they said the room was empty and the sunglasses aren’t in there! The only person that could have taken these glasses are the staff/room cleaners. I’m extremely annoyed because you’re supposed to be able trust these people. Please note: I’m not labelling ALL the staff, I believe there must be a bad apple in the team! So if you decide to stay here, then I would advise you keep your personal belongings in the safe or on you at all times.

The Mandali Hotel attempts to punch above its weight but fails miserably. No tea or coffee in the room except for the first day of arrival. Never known this in over forty years of travelling across the world. Guests simply go to nearby shops and buy in. The food is really mediocre, so go room only and eat out. Nice staff and nice pool area and close to the beach. If this was peak season, the pool area would be rammed with guest and it would be bedlam. The rooms have been renovated to a very good standard but the other things I have mentioned let it down badly. This hotel is owned by a family that have placed managers in to run it. Well the family need to pay closer attention to what the 'managers' are doing to their hotel. Our UK tour operators have been informed of this very lacklustre hotel. It should be noted that the indoor pool is out of action together with the sauna, the steam room and the massage room due to the costs of electricity to power them. The well equipped gym does remain open however which is situated next door to the handymans office who can be regularly seen scoffing his sandwich and drinking tea!

Loved this hotel and its staff. Very clean and well maintained. Our room was large and bright and airy, excellent air conditioning (free of charge). Fridge in room and nice balcony. Fabulous shower. Breakfast was good. All your usual fair ,yoghurts, fruits, cheese hams, along with beans, eggs, sausage bacon, etc, and apple or orange juice and tea and coffee.fantastic location near lots of bars and restaurants aswell as bus stops. Pool area lovely but you do lose the sun in some areas of the pool by 2.30 but the beach is literally 2 mins away. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back. Thank you mandali hotel.

Dinner is great, breakfast leaves some variety to be desired, the restaurant is equipped to accommodate babies as well. There are a gym, sauna, massage room, pool, piano and a general store in the hotel so all your needs can be taken care of without stepping a foot outside, almost every room in the hotel has a great view no matter what side. Everything you might need that can’t be found in the hotel is a minimal walk away. And above all the best thing about the hotel is the staff, the staff from all the sectors is excellent going literally above and beyond to fulfil your needs, even the ones outside their job description. More details should be somewhere down.

Very nice hotel, for it´s standard. Good food, clean rooms, very nice staff. Very soundproof, to outside traffic. Good proximity to supermarkets and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful beach.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel to spend a nice week in Protaras, this is amazing. Great rooms, friendly staff, lots of amenities (outdoor and indoor pool, gym), super close to the beach. We had a three-person room that was super spacious and clean, with a nice size balcony and cleaning staff coming in every day with fresh towels. The only part that was a bit missing, was that it was another one of those standard hotels. Nothing authentic, if you were in Cyprus or literally anywhere else, it could have been the same. Also, I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. All English Breakfast style food, literally no local options. I have to say that overall you could find something to eat, but maybe I had different expectations.

The hotel room was modern and spacious. Cleaned well every day. Air con was free when I got a package holiday (2022). Couldn’t fault it. Staff were lovely &friendly. Good location. Free car park around the back. Few minutes walk from the beach. Would 100% recommend &stay again but prices have gone up significantly this year.

We have just come back from Cyprus having stayed at this very comfortable hotel. Very clean, beautiful, cosy hotel. The front desk representstives are extremely polite, well-mannered and friendly professionals. The breakfast is full of choices. The best location of the hotel, very close to the beach. The people who work there and owners are very nice people.

Excellent hotel in a great location, only 100 yards from the beach. Booked the holiday with Jet2. Cannot fault the hotel, recently modernised, very clean and excellent staff. Breakfast has everything you need. Rooms cleaned everyday. We stayed in 307 partial sea view which was great. Would definitely return if staying in Protaras again. Only negative is if you want a late check out they charge €5 extra per hour. Seems a bit harsh when Jet2 aren’t picking you up until after 7pm. Hotel wasn't that busy, less than half the rooms taken. Can be quite noisy but then aren’t all hotels that are close to the resort centre.

Rooms were simple yet nicely furnished with air con, a balcony and tea/ coffee facilities available. Bath towels provided and the option of renting a beach towel (10E deposit and 2E per towel/change). Spa and pool were lovely and clean with very reasonably priced bar (never had an issue getting loungers). The hotel location was excellent, less than 5 mins walk to the beach! 24hr reception and excellent breakfast options - what more could you ask for! Excellent value for money, would recommend!

an awesome location of the hotel: 300m from a beach and about 500m fron central city street with full set of attractions. A very quiet place to sleep and an easy access tothe noisy city center. The room is clean and with enough space for 2 people. The good variety of dishes for the breakfast and awesome dinners made by chef Georgy. A new set of meal for every evening: meal from lamb, beef, pork, 3-4 types of salad, 2-3 desserts, fruits. Two supermarkets nearby.
