This hotel was so good, the whole experience was amazing. Staff were so friendly, helpful and kind. The food was absolutely super, with lots of variety and again great chef's. The external bar next to the pool was so convenient and manned by really friendly and hard working staff. Great experience and very well placed hotel. The hotel manager was kind and helpful. Already booked for next year, cannot wait to return here. 11/10 Hotel 😊🥰

Everything was perfect, everyone was very friendly.

Generally a meh. Not the best choice to be honest, food is tasteless and the service is weak. The barman at the lobby is amazing though, nice and friendly, he is the only reason I’m rating 2/5 and not a solid 1. 🙂

View from room was stunning. But the hotel was terrible. 2 star at a max. Food was that bad we had to leave and eat outside of hotel. Looked like a horror movie parts of the hotel. Not sure how it’s rated a 4 star

I could barely stand the noise at night. In front of the Hotel are two Karaoke bars with not really talented singers. The Hotel in general should be refreshed. It's high time to change the carpet in the dining room. The staff is really nice, food is fine, rooms are cleaned every day. Most clients are Russians and some British. Generally it is value for money.

Just checked out of the Iliada Hotel and can honestly say we loved it! Reception/Bar/Restaurant/Cleaning staff all very professional, friendly and helpful. Although the public areas have not been renovated yet, like the guest rooms have, everything is very clean and maintained. Perfect location on the Protaras main strip so you don’t need to drive to access local bars, restaurants and shops! The hotel pool and garden area lead onto the most beautiful golden beach with crystal turquoise blue sea!! We loved it! Thank you Iliada see you next year!!!!

Worst possible choice. This hotel rooms are very tired but at least clean, with even more tired service and perhaps the worst food we had at a same stars hotel.we had booked half-board and we only tried the food twice and preferred to eat out at nearby restaurants as the hotel food was like an army barracks style. It has more stars that it should. You even have to pay extra for the safe in the room. The 2 stars are just for the great location and magnificent views on the beach.

Me and my partner stayed at the iliada last year. We had a fantastic holiday . We loved it so much hopefully booking again to stay in a few weeks time. Definitely recommend to family and friends

Spent 10 days and really enjoyed it , needs updating but its in an ideal location for the beach and shops and rooms cleaned, beds maid and fresh towels everyday . Evening meals were really good also and staff friendly. Will definately visit again .We came late September first week in October.

Excellent beachside hotel in the middle of Protaras in Cyprus. Sea view and side Sea view rooms available. Food is good breakfast informal from a beach level restaurant dinner from a first floor venue and both buffet. Staff are lovely.

We have been very impressed with our stay at Iliada. Every aspects of our stay has exceeded our expectations. The staff have been great, the food has been of a good standard, the location of the hotel itself is perfect. We’ll definitely stay again.

Arrived to the outdoor bar (next to the water sports)... only two tables occupied... was told on a rude way “you can only seat if you are having drinks” (me and wife were even looking to have some food)... waited for 30 min and no one came to serve us... But they served another two tables that arrived after us. Hope the management have a look on this review because I doubt that you would like to have employees like this.
