We had a really nice weekend at the flamingo paradise beach Brand new hotel just few steps away from the crystal sea water. Best location best hotel along the sea side of protaras beach. From the moment we enter the hotel we had a feeling of 5 star hotel High ceiling at the entrance of the hotel. All the areas are very clean The sun beds are very comfortable with thick cushion. Sea view gym with techno gym equipments Everything is high quality chosen products We had a really good sleep. The mattress are very good quality. I really slept so well We had lunch at the restaurant both days and it s been great food. We definitely recommend it to our friends and family We are happy to discover such a nice place and definitely we will be back soon

I spent ten days at this hotel, and throughout my stay, there was a persistent issue with loud music playing outside from around 7 pm until 1 am, which significantly disrupted my sleep. I reported this problem multiple times and suggested relocating to a room farther away from the source of the music. However, when the management finally moved me to a different room, their handling of the situation was quite rude, and they failed to offer any apology. In summary, I believe that the hotel does not justify its price. The only notable positive aspect of it is its proximity to the beach.

Flamingo Paradise is a very modern hotel that is located directly on the beach. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the breakfast and dinner is delicious. All the staff are extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming and they always go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay! Highly recommend this great hotel!

Wonderfully and amazing. Very clean and newly renovated. Right on the beach, no need for paying for sunbeds as the hotels front view is at the beach. Breakfast is also with a lot of options and the chef will make you pancakes or omelettes. 2 min. Walk and you are at the strip with all the bars and shops. The lady at the spa is very sweet, will help u out if any issues

Lovely hotel for the adventure traveler. Our customers from Germany stayed in the hotel for a week diving every day and they were very happy with the rooms, service and food. The hotel is ideally located just two minutes walk from our dive center, I Dive Cyprus, so customers during the break between dives can return to the hotel for some rest. All the comments we received are positive, so it makes a perfect location to stay in Protaras during your visit. So if you are visiting Cyprus for a scuba diving holiday, Flamingo Hotel is great value for money, centrally located and very accommodating.

My boyfriend and I booked a 10 day stay here at the end of July. It was our first trip to Cyprus and we had big expectations. We are amazed to say that those expectations have even been surpassed! Protaras is already a wonderful place with beautiful beaches, but staying at the Flamingo made it even more special. The Lay-out and rooms are great (only thing we’d like to mention is the light in the bathroom that’s operated with a motion sensor. Please, please change that. It’s not fun if you have to jump and wave around several times every time you’re having a shower…), the food (especially enjoyed breakfast) is superb, the service is wonderful as well (had a few issues/questions and they’ve been resolved in record time) and not only the staff was lovely, but also most of the other hotel guests were super friendly and a joy to get to know. At the end of our stay we had a very nice talk with the Hotel Manager, Mr. Simos, as well and (as promised from our side) now a special praise to one of our waiters, Stratos. With his friendly, open and attentive manner we always had something to look forward to, when coming down to the pool (bar) area. Even more we are now happy to call him our friend and one of the many many reasons why we’re already planning our next stay. Can’t imagine Protaras now without the Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel!

This adults only family luxury boutique hotel located at one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus is exceptional in every way. From the interior design, breakfast, hotel beach restaurant, swimming pool, pool staff service, gym and spa. The STAFF of this hotel is just EXCEPTIONAL, the best hotel staff experience EVER!!! Jacky in charge of the breakfast buffet and kitchen was definitely the highlight of my stay!! Words cannot describe her care and professionalism, her omelets, pancakes are THE BEST I have ever had!! Being welcomed by Jacky each morning was just a delight, she made each day for me start with a big smile and positive energy!! Andre took amazing care of us giving us the best pool service, Johnathan at the hotel beach restaurant was just amazing, so professional, kind and caring. The hotel beach restaurant has amazing food, with an extensive variety of dishes. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious high tech and well equipped. I was supposed to stay for 1 week and extended my stay to two weeks because I enjoyed it so much! If you are interested in a quiet getaway with a friend or partner this is definitely the right destination for you!

I have stayed in many hotels in Protaras and Flamingo Paradise is easily the best. It is the most modern hotel on the best beach without doubt. The moment you enter you take in the wonderful aromas and ambience of this truly amazing hotel. It has fast silent lifts, fabulous rooms with the latest technology, the most comfortable beds, fabulous bathrooms/showers, great Spa, great gym and sunbeds to die for.The food is simply amazing. The cleanest hotel with cleanest pool and beach in the whole of Cyprus.The owners Liza and Dimitri have thought of everything and are always on hand as is Simos the hotel manager and the fantastic staff. We live in Cyprus and have already visited many hotels on the island in the last several years. I must admit that Flamingo Paradise Beach Hotel is the best hotel in Protaras and one of the nicest hotels in Cyprus. Here you will find the most caring Staff than anywhere else in Cyprus, believe me! If you get a chance to speak with the General Manager (Mr. Simos Charalambous) you will understand why they have so many wonderful employees and provide superior service. Guys are very friendly, hospitable, polite, helpful and absolutely sincere. Also I recommend visiting the SPA area to get to know Monica from Norway, who appeared to be one the sunniest persons I had ever met before. Other meaningful advantages of Flamingo Hotel: - amazing breakfasts, and what is very important to me - quality coffee. I can’t start my day without a tasteful cappuccino, and I was really happy to find out that at Flamingo they have good coffee machines. - fresh and cozy rooms. The hotel was opened not long ago, so the furniture is new, the smell is fresh in the hotel. - compact but very functional territory of the hotel. You can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere on a beautiful outdoor area right next to and at the beach. Btw, there are always free beach beds next to the pool or on the grass. So, no need to rush in the morning as you might expect. - beautiful sea. Flamingo hotel is located on one of the most beautiful sea coasts (next to Fig Tree Bay). The sea is transparent and calm. There is a very gentle entrance to the sea, so all tourists will be able to swim safely. Mind that all beaches in Cyprus are public, so you might meet random people at the beach, but this is a common thing on the island. - great location. The hotel is close to the main road with all the restaurants, bars and entertainment places. So, everything you might wish to visit will be at hand. - underground parking - adults only hotel, which is a great advantage for those who don’t have kids or/and would like to spend their time in peace. TIP: I recommend taking a Front Sea View room, because some side sea view rooms won’t offer you the best view (as it always happens with side rooms). Living in a front room you will enjoy the waves and a fascinating view all day/night long. SUMMARY: Flamingo Hotel is the best choice if you want to stay at a nice place with an amazing view, have good food and enjoy superior service. You will never have to rush or worry about anything when staying at this hotel. The hotel Staff will do their best to make your stay unforgettable. The 4-star Flamingo Hotel is superior in quality to all other so-called 5-star hotels in Protaras and in many other locations. I write reviews very rarely but this time I could help but write how I like this place. We go to Flamingo every season, and will do the same this year for sure.

Last min booking to go away for a long weekend and it is a beautiful hotel. Service is great, the rooms are lovely and for those who like a comfy bed, they are! Location is great, close to everything you need, we’ll be back for sure 😊

Very modern 4* hotel right on the seafront. Clean with friendly staff! It was a pleasant surprise that they offered fresh squeezed orange juice and omelettes something experienced at 5* hotels. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel, good facilities and great services in the spa salon. But, generally I found the personnel unprofessional ( probably seasonal personnel / college students ) and disorganized especially in the cafeteria area. The food in the cafeteria was below average. The "Maître" of the coffee house was very arrogant towards our comments regarding the delayed orders. Even though, the hotel does not allow children, the coffee house and swimming pool area were totally occupied by youngsters under the age of 14-15. I guess they charge swim time fees. This is not good for the hotel's guests though as this is against the hotel's rules and regulations.

Fantastic hotel! The location is perfect, literally 20 meters to the sea. The staff are so friendly, everything is beyond clean, it's immaculate. The pool and sunbed area just feels like quality. The balcony views vary, from good to just awesome. Google this hotel to get the details, if you want a quiet holiday with no kids, you won't be sorry.

Very clean, spacious room (we had a basic room for two with mountain/side view), everything was brand new. All the staff were very friendly and very polite. This is an adults only hotel. Very calming and relaxing pool and pool area. Right next to the sea, with a walkway to some of best beaches on the island. Breakfast was great. Underground parking to keep your car cool. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back!

Lovely hotel, friendly and cheerful staff. For the first time, everyone made contact with hotel guests. The service was good and attentive. Great holiday. The staff, the hotel, the food. All excellent. One word of warning though. If, like us, you head off to bed early you don’t want to be on the south side of the hotel. We were in room 104 which is great but it’s only 50+ yards away from the adjacent hotel which has a wedding with disco pretty much every evening except Sunday. The music went on till midnight and there was no way we could sleep there till it finished. The staff were great, called the police although I didn’t think it altered much, but moved us to room 101 on the north side.

As soon as you enter the premises you feel like you've teleported into a different environment with its scenic view of the sea directly in front of you and its calming scent distributed throughout the building. Modern and sleek is the theme here with cleanliness a priority too. An adult only hotel you won't be discouraged by running children going wild, instead you'll relax in tranquility especially on their row of curtain covered sunbeds. Enjoy!

Visited here throughout October where the weather was still great! First time back to Cyprus In 2 years! Had a great experience at flamingo paradise. Food, service, atmosphere and set up all outstanding. Looking forward to visiting again when back in Cyprus next year! The staff down at the bar all know what they are doing! Thanks again!

Amazing hotel on the beach!! A beautiful room with sea view was our booking request. I highly recommend this hotel for its breakfast,parking,polite staff and how tidy and clean it was. Bed was very comfortable, there was a fridge some wine and fruits and lastly a great bathroom. It is excellent for a couple!! I am dissatisfied with swimming pool customer service, we should stand up and go to bar for ordering while there were waiters. But in overall it was a great experience

Great hotel and highly recommended! We stayed several times over the summer. I would like to thank the hotel staff for their assistance and their ethos and values. We forgot a watch of high sentimental value in the room and as we looked for it after 3 weeks, the watch was kept in a safe place and returned to us. We will definitely be returning next year!

Excellent location, steps away from the nicest sandy beach of Cyprus. Crystal clear waters! This brand new hotel fulfilled all our expectations. Clean and comfortable room with nice view, excellent breakfast and lunch, polite and helpful staff. The main street of Protaras is 2 minutes walk with many nice restaurants, cafes, shops etc. We will definitely come back.

I had the chance to stay with my husband a weekend at this beautiful and very new beach hotel and I had an excellent stay. Very clean and modern line room, wonderful indoors and outdoors places. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I will definitely choose it again for my summer holidays!!

Came here for 8 nights, I would come again it was a very nice hotel. I understand this is a new hotel so I’d like to list some improvements to management if they’d like to improve the hotel. - we booked full sea view and got a side view, we called reception and asked and they stated it was a sea view room. You could only see the sea from the corner of the balcony.. Id call this a side sea view room if that. So beware of this, that was super disappointing as we paid an extra £100 for this and didn’t even see the sea from our room which is the whole point of a whole sea view room, not side view. Would not bother with sea view, the hotel was empty when we got there as well, so if you want the real sea view rooms (at the front of the hotel) its unlikely you’ll get it. - cleaning of the rooms was not amazing, when we first came to the room seemed a bit dusty, the daily cleaning would toothpaste marks on the sink, they didn’t change our bedding the whole week I think and there are no cards to ask cleaning to change them which most hotels usually have. - service at the pool was hit and miss, one day they’d come around and ask if you wanted anything, then the next 2 days they’d not say anything and one day we waited an hour and a half for our pizza only to go find it sitting on the edge at the bar. They made us a new one which slightly made up for it but still not great service there. Service is also quite slow at lunch if you sit at the restaurant, maybe they need more staff there. - beds are all single beds through out the whole hotel, so for couples you will probably get stuck in the middle quite a lot if you like to cuddle. Also the pillows are not great and hard and high. -breakfast was good, could have some more options. Positives: -lots of parking -good breakfast -15 minute drive to aiya napa -it was all adults when I visited no screaming kids -opposite the beach, benefit of not being in the sand if you stay at the pool lounger chairs which are 20 second walk to the beach away. -pool was nice -staff are friendly -2 minute walk to the protaras town centre - beds are comfortable -nice design of rooms - the beach is beautiful

We booked a quick stay at this lovely hotel. It’s really new so everything is in a great condition. The rooms are modern, well designed and have nicely private balconies unlike other hotels in the area. The pool and surrounding area is great. Lots of different places to sit down and a nice bar outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly let us stay beyond the check out time. The beach in on your doorstep and the strip of bars and restaurants is a few minutes walk away so it’s near but the hotel is quiet. The touch screens for lighting in the hotel is a bit unusual but mostly works fine. The only downside is that they had some light into the room when you’re trying to sleep. But it’s a minor point. Overall this is a great hotel and we’ll probably stay here the next time we visit this area

What a beautiful hotel!! So modern and tranquil, beautiful location in paradise itself. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive, especially Monica in the spa and simos the hotel manager who would always stop and chat and make sure his guests were happy. The hotel itself smelt amazing. Has a well equipped gym which I enjoyed using and plenty of sun loungers to be able to spread out. The food at breakfast was delicious especially the freshly cooked pancakes by the chef. We also ate at the beach bar a few times during our stay at lunchtime and again amazing excellent quality food. One thing the room was lacking was face clothes to wash your face and a iron/ ironing board. We will definitely revisit this wonderful hotel .

Lovely hotel!!! If you are looking for a modern, clean and friendly place to spend your time in Cyprus, look no further. The location is perfect, on a beautiful crystal clear white sandy beach. It is also located in the middle of all the nice restaurants and shops. 10/10. I will be back!

New and fresh hotel, smells really nice! The staff members were very attentive and friendly. Monica from SPA and Nadia from the breakfast were super friendly and welcoming. Also the hotel manager, Simos, approached us to make sure we are satisfied with everything. This hotel had the best coffee, made from real beans with an amazing foam that you don’t see everywhere during breakfast. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options and a cook preparing omelettes of your choice, pancakes and halloumi. Amazing beach and service from the pool bar. We were lucky to experience live music on the beach bar one afternoon during our lunch, the atmosphere was amazing! If anything, I’d suggest to add hair conditioner in the rooms :) We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back 🙂

Perfect hotel for relaxing holidays, right on the best beach of the island. The service was amazing and our room was new with modern amenities. The pool area was quiet and peaceful, which makes it an excellent option for adults. We will be definitely back!
