average
people,
I’m
am
68,
are
wrong
to
think
exercise
programs
are
only
for
the
young.
Like
others
my
age
I’ve
had
a
couple
significant
health
issues
including
open
heart
surgery
in
2021.
Now,
I’m
on
an
amazing
journey,
just
completed
my
75th
session,
with
the
Team
at
Providence
Fit
Body
Boot
Camp.
Enough
about
me.
Coach
Mike
of
Prov
Fit
Body
got
me
involved
in
the
Fit
Body
Forever
Program
for
people
over
55.
It’s
the
right
pace
and
he
always
patiently
and
confidently
encouraged
me
to
do
a
little
more.
Now,
after
almost
1
year
of
the
Forever
Program
I’ve
moved
to
the
regular
program
where
the
intensity
is
higher.
I
still
do
what
I
can
exercise
wise
and
the
Coaches
still
encouraging
me
to
do
a
little
more
each
day.
You
can
not
get
ready
for
your
older
years
when
you
get
old
so
start
now
so
you
can
get
out
of
your
chair
and
really
enjoy
all
your
years.
