The hotel was amazing. They were able to shuttle us back and forth to the convention center all weekend. The valet guy was really nice. The shuttle guy was really friendly and gave us advice for dinner. Front desk staff are amazing. Super helpful with check in and out and booking the shuttle all weekend. The room was cleaned daily, though we didn't expect it to be, which was nice. Would def stay here again!!

Our privacy was seriously violated. We went for a walk between 10 and 11 am on our last day (the check-out time is 12 pm); we did not check out or return the keys. When we came back to our hotel room, we discovered that it was already prepared for new guests; all our belongings were taken from the room and returned to us in a trash bag. When I asked a housekeeping manager about it, she replied, "You were not in the room." Somehow, a bunch of our things and a backpack were not a sufficient indication people were still living there. I hope the hotel management will work on improving communication between housekeeping and the front desk. Besides this very upsetting incident, our stay was pleasant and the location is great.

For a high end hotel wasn’t impressed. No refrigerator in room, poor cable selection and breakfast looked really good but when you started eating it…. Wasn’t so impressed. Ran out of bagels, not replaced and the eggs tasted like they were powder added with water. Parking is extra. The guest dryer takes two times to dry your clothes, the dryer load was only half full. Only medium heat came out. The toilet in the room barely flushed. Like I said not impressed.

What a great hotel! I stayed at Hampton Inn for a workshop and was completely impressed. The rooms are spacious and the location is great. I had a very special request on the format of the final receipt. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helped me immediately with their personal effort. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit Hampton Inn in the future.

Room was clean with basic amenities. The valet did not seem like he knew what he was doing so we opted for self parking behind the building. Our floor was relatively quiet. Free coffee was available all day in the lobby. Many great restaurants within walking distance. The free shuttle was nice during inclement weather. We did not feel safe outside the hotel at night. We were approached by several homeless people right out front as well as on the adjacent street.

Lovely hotel right in the nicest section of Providence. It was walking distance to Brown and numerous restaurants, bookstores and cafes. All of the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Hotel is spotless. I do love how Hampton Suites are always so comfy. Everything is right where you need it with every little detail (like extra blankets or charger ports).

A cool old building refurbished into a hotel. Rooms seemed well done, although the elevator was very temperamental and didn't work when we got in twice. Pretty good location, not a long walk to most things in downtown. They didn't tell me about the shuttle when I checked in, but it was a great service once I did learn about it.

The hotel is in a great location, and is run by an amazing staff, special callout for Maria at the front desk as well as the dining room staff. However, the building seems to be in shambles, rooms are tiny, bathrooms and appliances really old, elevators need service (ended up using stairs due to malfunctioning). I saw a reviewer call this out 4 months back and the hotel acknowledge the elevators’ condition, but nothing seems to have been done yet!

Nice clean rooms we've stayed a few times in the area and this was definitely one of the best experiences we've had. The staff is so friendly its crazy. Left a card in my car for my husband and they tried to secretly contact me as to not ruin any surprise I might have had. They were so so nice.

Very clean and very comfortable. Water pressure in shower could have been better. Yummy free breakfast. Great coffee. Close to many bars and restaurants, easy walk to Pavillion.
