This place is a highrise apartment and it's right on the bus line

Charles place building is the biggest joke there is in this state. All the washers are constantly broken and they never attempt to fix the washers. When you call the laundry company they claim they send people and claim they send u momey back for having to redry and rehash the clothes and you never get it in the mail. It's sad and pathetic. There are people in there who smell because they have no family or ways to get the laundry done when there are no washers available!!!!!! Also fix the habdicap buttons on the front doors!!!

A roof over your head. Too many restrictions. Great remodeling done. No bugs or mice
