This is a fun mall with multiple floors and a LOAD of products to peruse. Want to take home food souvenirs? Go to JUMBO. Artisan gifts? First floor. And Chile has such a variety of running shoes that I WISH the North American market would carry. Great way to spend a rainy day or as a break from sightseeing in the city. Check out all the things I wanted to buy. Oh. And they have beer to help facilitate your purchases.

Mar 2023 Untrustworthy, thieves & scam artists. Just had taxi ride from hell, Costanera Sky Centre to our hotel culminating in the driver switching 10000 notes for 1000 notes having put on a very bright blue interior light to disguise the colour of the notes. Kept us in the car with the doors locked refusing to let us out. The taxi marshal at the Costanera centre was obviously in on the scam, as soon as he realised we were tourists we he directed us to a particular taxi not at the front of the rank. Looking back at the incident should have specified an agreed price and taken photos of the registration of the taxi and to identify the driver. A lesson leaned, never ever use the black & yellow taxis in Santiago, Chile. All are old, battered & have no air conditioning.

Terrible experience, the security guards are just for show. Went to them for help with my companions after we were robbed and they did nothing. We spoke to multiple guards who were beyond indifferent. The front desk staff were relaxing and also did not care. The stores we went to for help after there was card fraud also didn't care to do anything(MacOnline & Falabella). The Levi's store had a young man who was helpful and reviewed the video tapes which was appreciated. A mall is a mall but they need to do something about protecting people. You can be as careful as you want but if someone knows the lay of the land and wants to steal they will. The security guards are an absolute joke, beware.

Lots of restaurants inside to choose from. Nice Christmas decor. The sky observatory on top floor is cool to see the best views of the city. Many popular shops too.

Good mall, good variety of stores, super safe. The parking lot doesn’t have air conditioning. I went with my wife on December 23th of 2022 and the temperature was extremely high. It was super risky for her to walk down there for more that 2 minutes.

Insanely large, and this comes from an American. Tons of selection for clothes, electronics, baby items, etc. They even have a grocery store and a furniture store.

A surprising large mall for its location in the heart of Providencia. Plenty of underground parking as well.

Costanera is ok. Good location and accessible by metro. Too crowded for my taste, I usually go to Costanera in case of emergency. Last minute gift or Jumbo.

This mall is really amazing. Not just because of the mall part of it. But you can go up to the last floor of the building Sky Costanera, where you can see the whole Santiago, in a 360º view. It's a bit expensive but worthy. It costs 15k pesos. I suggest to go up near the time of the sunset. This way you can see the day view, the sunset and the night view all in one day.

This Mall is Huge! It was shoulder to shoulder people because of winter break. People tend to walk against the flow which made it difficult to get around. Nice mall overall!

It's a huge place where you can find everything, so it's a good choice if you want to spend some time. If you don't like crowds like me, I recommend going in the morning.

This mall is really big, there are lots of options for food and things to do. From there you also have access to the sky costanera. You can follow me on IG or Youtube for more travel tips @nomadsamba

A super clean, modern multi-story mall, Costanera Center has just about any store you could imagine. There's a Hard Rock on the ground level and an abundance of restaurants on the 5th floor at which you can dine. Also on the 5th floor, there is an amazingly large area dedicated to a food court with a ton of fast-food vendors and more than ample casual tables/seating. We went on a very busy Sunday, with hoards of people, and there was no problem finding a desirable dining spot. There is also a movie theater if you are so inclined. Highly recommend a visit! Note: a ride up to the top of the Gran Torre Costanera (tallest in So America), offering superb views of Santiago and the Andes, is a very special treat--do it at least once!

If you like shopping, this is the place. One of the biggest shopping Centers. This is the tallest building in south América and there is a nice viewer on the top.

Very well organized with security on every floor. - Lower level (PB) is the entrance to Sky Costanera and has lots of misc stores (Samsung, Easy, candy, pharmacy, and more). - 1st floor has Jumbo supermarket, cafes, and misc others. - 2nd floor is for women with a corner Co-working area near the escalator. - Mostly mens on 3rd floor w/ a few womens stores sprinkled. - 4th floor is home goods, sports, & technology. - Food court and restaurants on 5th floor. - Movie theater on 6th floor.

A very busy mall at the base of Gran Tirre Santiago which is the tallest skyscraper in Chile and South America at 62 story high. On the 5th floor there is a food hall with many international chains mostly from America and few sit down restaurants but it is not a high end or romantic types. In other floors there are many shops many with International brand names. There is a local Grocery story Jumbo in the mall with very big area and inventory and open at 8am before other stores. There is a small coffee shop in Jumbo grocery where you can get a quick bites.

They have a lot of stores in this shopping center. Almost everything is there. It is not only convenient for people in Chile, but also for travelers.

I was really impressed with this mall. This mall is huge. We stayed at the hotel next-door. I was also impressed with the restaurants. We ate at a restaurant named "Mila." The food was good and the staff was friendly.

Big, beautiful ball. Everything you really need in one spot. LOVE that each floor is themed and there are signs near the escalators indicating what’s on each floor. You can spend an entire day here.

Wallet stolen (taken out of my purse) while walking and shopping here. Do not shop here unless your wallet is secure inside your undergarments. What a shame.

Tallest building in South America (sky costanera) was an exceptional experience, 300 meters high, 62 floors. A must do if you are in Chile

Though it's a nice shopping-mall I will not revisit, we went there twice and both times the noise level was intolerable. The music was already too loud, but when a life singer started it really went to a level that one could not even have a normal conversation. There is probably a part of the public that likes it, but a large group of customers prefer a normal relaxed shopping experience. Dear shop owner why not consult the various studies about background music and how it affects shopping behavior. This is so wrong.

A place with total lack of security. We were robbed inside these mall and no security guard was willing to do anything or take any action. I will never go back to this place.

Nice mall but beware if you have dificulty to walk or are with children as the floor is extremely slippery. Also as a mom I found its extremely important to have changing tables in every bathroom. In the third attempt I found the bathroom that I could use to change my baby, but I had to walk all over the place to find it. Its outrageous they cant thknk in that little thing. Cost next to nothing to add a changing table.

It's a mall, pretty standard. Parking lot could be better labeled for easy access.

Its a really big mall filled with mostly expensive shops that do nothing for me. However, it does have a good cinema that I go to and the big Jumbo supermarket inside is really good.

The Costanera Center is a business and commercial complex that includes a six-floor shopping mall, the Gran Torre Santiago and three other skyscrapers – two high-end hotels and an office building. The complex is located in the commune of Providencia, Santiago, Chile, and is owned by the holding Cencosud. The tallest of the four buildings, the Torre Costanera, was designed by architect César Pelli and is 300 metres (980 ft) tall, making it the tallest building in Latin America and the third tallest in the Southern Hemisphere after Indonesia's Autograph Tower in Jakarta at 388m tall and Australia's Q1 on the Gold Coast at 322 metres (1,056 ft) tall. Of the two other buildings in the complex, one will be 170 metres (560 ft) high and the other only four stories.
