I
got
a
warm
welcome
from
the
reception
staff
-
they
have
received
the
two
stars.
But
this
trip
was
a
MASSIVE
disappointment,
due
to
the
tennis
pro
Pascal.
I
had
booked
to
take
part
in
three
group
tennis
session
Weds/Thurs/Fri
via
their
online
booking
tool.
This
tool
has
an
option
that
you
can
pay
in
advance
-
luckily
I
chose
just
to
book
the
sessions,
and
pay
once
I
got
there.
I
brought
my
tennis
racket,
shoes
and
gear
with
me
-
in
my
hand
luggage;
that
was
a
bit
of
a
bind
but
I
was
looking
forward
to
play.
I
arrived
a
bit
early,
only
to
be
told
that
they
were
not
running
the
tennis
group
sessions
because
it
was
"off
season"
and
no
one
was
showing
up
to
the
sessions..???
Unbelievable.
But
WHY
have
a
booking
system
that
allows
folks
to
book??
Why
would
no
one
even
contact
those
that
had
booked
to
let
them
know
the
session
is
cancelled??
Isn't
that
the
reason
why
I
had
to
sign
up
and
leave
my
contact
details
on
the
booking
tool..??
What
about
simple
courtesy??
I
hired
a
car
because
I
planned
to
travel
back
and
forth
to
the
tennis
center
-
so
that
was
wasted.
Plus,
I
hadn't
booked
any
other
activities
for
my
holiday
-
so
my
time
was
wasted.
Pascal
pointed
out
to
me
that
he
would
not
do
a
private
1:1
session
for
$25
-
I
hadn't
suggested
he
should.
Although
any
decent
coach
would
have
seen
an
opportunity
to
build
a
bridge,
and
possible
earn
new
business.
To
add
insult
to
injury
-
I
received
a
text
message
from
Graceway
Sports
telling
me
I
forgot
the
reservation
-
see
image!!
The
last
time
I
came
to
Turks
I
did
a
private
lesson
at
the
Golf
Club
-
I
will
do
that
again
in
future
-
as
you
cannot
rely
on
Graceway
Sports
Complex
for
tennis.
Thoroughly
disappointed.
