Very happy with this hotel. Stayed here a few days during our trip to Puno. The staff was friendly, attentive, and most important, the rooms were clean. Bed was very comfortable with room overlooking the Bay Area. Yes, they have alpacas cutting the grass lol. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Free WiFi. Hotel has a restaurant inside. Weโ€™re typically not hotel restaurant people, but we were forced to eat here the first night. We actually enjoyed it more than some of the restaurants we visited. The chefs did a fantastic job with the food. We voluntarily ate here one other time, tried different food, and it was still great! They have a bar, lots of drinks, wine, and beers. However, the mixed drinks were a little different story lol. Not much experience with mixed drinks from what we noticed. Still a comfy place to relax and have some drinks with great views. Highly recommend this hotel to stay and restaurant to eat at!

Great location overlooking lake Titicaca, quiet and peaceful, staff are very friendly and helpful, room and bathroom a little dated, but the lake view is amazing. Breakfast is buffet style, and enjoyable

Pleasant hotel right on the shores of Titicaca. The hotel is a little dated in places but thatโ€™s made up for by the excellent service and amazing views.

Amazing hotel in front of the lake. Have his own pier and a ship to visit is a ship museum pretty interesting. Breakfast delicious Santiago is the best he even stay to say good bye to us on our last day. He was always there for my family during breakfast. They have their own alpacas and a baby one named Canelita. Everything is perfect just be aware that sometimes the Gerente general is there and looks angry. All the people at the hotel are amazing but the manager didnโ€™t look happy.

The hotel is at a great location, just in front of Lake Titicaca. We could see the lake from our room. It also has some outside seating arrangements in front of the lake. The breakfast in the hotel was great. We really liked it. The staffs were nice. The restaurant's food was good as well. We loved their shrimp curry soup.

My experience at the Puno hotel was exceptional. The staff's warm hospitality, well-appointed rooms, and the central location made my visit to Lake Titicaca truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

Clean updated rooms with a heater. Great view of Lake Titticaca from the room. Hotel has a dinning room. Breakfast was descent, but skip the pizzas. Staff was helpful enough. They have oxygen for their guests if you need it.

The rooms are large with a good view of the lake but no kettle but there was a fridge and heating but no air conditioning. The shower was cold and even after a visit from the hotel engineer the water was not much hotter. The restaurant breakfast was buffet and quite good and there was a nice view of the lake. There were no shops or other restaurants open nearby. The staff were quite friendly.

We stayed at the Sonesta Posada for 2 nights. The hotel is a bit older bit itโ€™s super comfy. Itโ€™s not run down and has a homey flair. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant is good, drinks are great and the staff is amazing! They are super friendly and accommodating at the receipting and the the restaurant. They provide an incredibly professional service as you would expect in the European gastronomy. Iโ€™d like to call out the exceptional service provided by Santiago, Miguel and Esteban โ™ฅ๏ธ As well as the rest of the team! I tried to hang out with the Alpacas but may have imposed in their space a bit ๐Ÿ˜… a Great Place to hang out and relax before exploring the floating islands of the Uros.

A very good hotel with nice courteous staff and lake views! The rooms are clean and spacious with big beds and lots of comfy pillows, but could benefit from kettles.. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the relaxing garden and their very good all-day restaurant. Breakfast is pretty standard, more on the frugal side, admittedly for my standards. Extra points for: own pier where boats to the Uros floating islands leave from, and the two lovely but shy alpacas that feed constantly on the lawn :) I recommend this hotel for all the above.

You must pay full price for children. Even if a room has 3 queen beds you need to pay for an entirely new room for a 4th person even if that person is a child. 1 adult per bed..........

Perfectly located on the edge of Lake Titicaca. Interior decor shows this hotel age a bit despite being perfectly clean. Restaurant serves a variety of dishes in the dining room facing the lake

The room had a great view overlooking the lake and the staff are very friendly and helpful. But 1 there was no complimentary water in the room upon arrival 2. Safe has a key which you have to look after - most modern hotels have an electronic lock 3. The biggest gripe I have is that the shower and hand basin dont have hot water straight away. You have to wait about 5 minutes. Even then after having called the maintenance guy there was insufficient hot water or its control. Thats not acceptable for a 4/5 star hotel.

While in Puno it is best to find a hotel and stay/eat/relax there as the city is not very safe. This is a great place to do exactly that! Also after staying 3 nights they gave us a very nice complimentary surprise that was delicious!

This is an excellent hotel with great service, a very good restaurant, and a beautiful setting. It's only a few minutes from the center of Puno and is very quiet and comfortable. If you're visiting Lake Titicaca, then this is an excellent option and quite affordable, given the quality.
