Never
Ending
Problems
with
the
VA
Things
need
to
seriously
change
for
all
VA
departments
General
Issues
1.) The
VA
hasnβt
helped
me
with
much,
they
didnβt
help
me
find
a
job,
they
didnβt
help
me
find
a
home,
they
didnβt
help
me
with
financial
issues,
they
wonβt
give
me
a
higher
disability
even
though
I
qualify,
employees
that
I
am
trying
to
get
in
contact
with
ghost
me
and
there
are
just
constant
issues
that
continue
to
occur
2.) Overly
complicated
forms
and
repetitive
information
on
forms
3.) Incompetent
employees
4.) Getting
bounced
back
and
forth
between
different
departments
because
nobody
seems
to
know
what
they
are
doing
5.) Employees
struggle
to
answer
basic
questions
6.) Long
wait
time
to
be
seen
by
providers
and
other
community
care
members
7.) Difficulty
reaching
departments
8.) Employees
and
community
care
members
ghost
veterans
9.) Slow
response
to
inquiries
10.) The
VA
continues
to
hire
incompetent
employees
while
there
are
many
veterans
that
are
starving
and
even
homeless
that
are
far
more
capable
of
fulfilling
these
rolls
11.)
The
VA
claims
that
they
can
help
homeless
veterans
or
veterans
on
the
brink
of
homelessness
but
that
is
a
lie,
they
will
only
help
people
that
are
currently
on
the
streets
and
even
that
is
questionable
12.) The
VA
makes
the
education
benefits
difficult
and
time
consuming
to
apply
for
any
kind
of
benefits
and
change
the
requirements
every
single
year
VA
Disability
Compensation
13.) VA
Compensation
makes
it
difficult
to
apply
for
disability
and
to
increase
disability
(playing
hardball)
14.)
VA
Compensation
department
wants
to
schedule
your
appointments
far
far
away
from
where
you
live
or
have
you
go
to
dangerous
locations
15.)
VA
Compensation
department
wants
veterans
to
be
seen
too
quickly
but
take
a
long
time
to
process
claims
16.)
VA
Compensation
department
gets
appointments
and
paperwork
mixed
up
and
their
3rd
parties
(i.e.
QTC)
doesnβt
seem
to
have
proper
doctors
and
other
staff
members
that
can
properly
communicate
a
veteranβs
disability
and
medical
history
VA
6-Month
Job
Rehabilitation
Program
17.) The
VA
has
a
6th
month
job
rehabilitation
program,
however
the
participants
are
forced
to
take
multiple
unnecessary
classes
for
no
pay
during
the
first
two
weeks,
that
means
veterans
are
expected
to
drive
all
that
distance
and
sit
for
hours
each
day
for
no
pay
18.) Participants
in
that
program
shouldnβt
have
to
take
classes
at
the
VA
for
no
pay
19.)
The
program
does
not
guarantee
you
a
position
within
the
hospital
and
you
still
have
to
go
through
interviews
20.) The
program
only
pays
you
minimum
wage
and
whoever
oversees
the
payment
process
takes
forever
to
give
you
your
first
paycheck
21.)
I
was
initially
told
that
this
was
going
to
be
a
smooth
and
easy
process
but
things
have
been
very
disappointing
