Great place, for smaller and for bigger ;) great option to spend family time when weather is nice. A little adrenaline is fun. We spend there around 3 hours. Before you go On trees by yourself, they gonna explain you everything. They really care to feel you safe. You got to be at least 10 minutes before to do the paperwork. It’s nice beginnings for more.

We loved it here, we had so much fun! We were there for hours! It was about 85⁰ & humid 🥵. I brought a double insulated thermal canteen which held the cool temperature of the drink & clipped it to my harness with an oversized carabineer. This was extremely convenient bc we could drink whenever we wanted whereas everyone else could only drink at beginning\end of each gate. We also brought a body sling with a power bank for phone to charge & carry items. There are absolutely no bathrooms on courses that I saw. If you have to go, I'd imagine it'd be an embarrassing situation for you. I would assume we sweat too much to urinate that day & thankfully the other option was never an issue. 😅 Sometimes you'll have an option to decide on a harder course which we took every time. My son is 11 he never had a problem. There was a child that was heavy & had fear of heights taking much too long, which can ruin things for everyone since it really holds up the line. Please be considerate & consider everyone else.

I give it four stars instead of five because there were just a few small things I wasn’t pleased with. I really enjoyed the zip line very challenging. There was one net that didn’t look safe to me there were holes in it and instead of it being replaced they just tied it back up to cover up some of them. Staff could have been a little more friendly but other than that I had fun. First time experience may 22nd 2022

Awesome place! Had an amazing time and Paul the instructor was so patient with our group especially for those that were nervous to participate on certain obstacles. He made our first time experience amazing!!

Amazing experience. Went with the highest course and was not disappointed. Some of the obstacle courses were pretty challenging, and there were plenty of zip lines for the fun. I think the Bungie jump into the net was the best. Very friendly staff and hydration stations at each start. Give it a shot!

such an exciting experience for whole family and especially for 5 years old. Everything was good. I like the fact that trees are all around you you don’t feel too hot. Stuff was friendly. I like the fact that big bottles with water were available for customers just in the entrance the adventure. The only thing should be changed is that web site should clearly state the requirements for shoes as people can buy tickets last minute or on the spot and be not prepared. we got into trouble with it and had to spend extra 40 min to buy right shoes

My employees earned this adventure from hitting goals. None of us have ever done anything like it. Rope courses, zip lines, climbing. Staff was very friendly, thorough teaching us safety. The course is beautiful! A lot of fun was had!! We thankfully brought our own water, the water they had at each station was so hot it was unbearable to drink. But important that they even offered it to guests. This was incredibly memorable and will promote future business from all of us.

Great experience. Helpful staff. My grandson lives the place. Keeps the kids active...away from tv or pad.

Such a great experience! My 2 girls, 10 & 12, and my wife and I loved this place. We got there right when it opened and were the only ones on the course for the first 30 minutes. After that there was only a few other people so we never felt rushed. If your old enough and brave enough- the Tarzan swing is a must! We had so much fun and will come back next year.

I recently visited Go Ape Zipline Adventure and had an amazing time! It’s only about 20-45 minutes from downtown Chicago. The zipline course was so much fun and challenging, but the staff were very knowledgeable and made sure we were safe throughout the entire experience. The obstacles were exciting and pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I felt accomplished after each one. The views from up high were breathtaking and it was a great way to reset and recalibrate. I highly recommend this adventure to anyone looking for an outdoor activity that is both thrilling and peaceful at the same time. Thank you, Go Ape, for a fantastic time!

Had a very pleasant experience on the adventure trail. All the workers were so nice and supporting. I have a fear of heights but I managed to complete the course. I like how it progressively gets more challenging and higher. I definitely recommend!

We had an average experience with Go Ape Chicago, We had booked 2 Activities (Tree Top Journey & Tree Top Nets) The course was good and exciting for kids however they charge by the time limit, This would make sense for Nets however for the Journey they should charge for entire 3 part course They also do not have exit options to quit mid-course, we had an incident where a kid in front of us wanted to exit the course so we all had to turn back and exit the course and re-enter it, this would not make sense with the time limit as they did not adjust the time. There are slow climbers who may take time to complete the entire 3 part course, so charing by time limit does not make sense. The staff at the journey side also seemed stressed out and at times while responding. The nets parts was good and the kids had a lot of fun there, the staff was also friendly in that section.

Go Ape Zipline and Adventure Park is a great place to challenge your fears for height, anxiety and overall stresses. Along with your intentional acts of bravery, you will overcomes those fears with the help of the great supportive staff. Adventures awaits those whom loves a good outdoor challenge. My niece took the challenge and exceeded with a new look on confidence.

Weaving through the trees is a little challenging, but as you get used to it, you'll find it's a lot of fun and a rare opportunity to get in touch with nature, and it's well worth spending half a day there on a good day. The staff is patient, safety measures are in place, and there are two options for difficulty on some routes

We went as a gift to the graduating students. We had about 60 students which we broke into groups of 15. The times are staggered so there aren't too many kids on the course at a time. The staff is super friendly and will help kids out if they get scared while on the course. This is the 2nd time we've taken students and I've also taken my family. They even have an adult course, which I haven't built up the courage to do yet. Highly recommend!

We took our daughter here for the zip lining after originally seeing a post on tiktok. The experience was very cool and the entire experience felt very safe. The staff was immaculate and advised us on how to safely access the course. Charles, Nora, and Annie were working and were all very nice. Definitely advise checking this place out!

This place is so much fun! We tried the Treetop Journey, for beginners. It was tougher than we thought as two adults, but exciting! Our teenage daughter enjoyed it! We plan to go back again for the “treetop adventure” to try out the longer zipline! The harnesses are very safe. Everything felt really steady. The staff was nice and helpful.
