My 75 yo husband was sick the morning of checkout so we were scrambling to exit our room by 12 PM. The housekeeping supervisor on our floor came a few minutes after 12 and said if we were out by 12;15, we would avoid the $50 late fee. We had everything out the door by 12:16. The manager still implemented the late fee because we stayed past 12 PM . She would not make any exceptions even though my husband had been sick in the bathroom all morning. Had I known, I would have thrown all our things into the hallway and packed out there to be on time. I even straightened up room before we left. Very poor managerial skills. Especially with people just returning to travel after COVID and everyone offering highly competitive rates, why would one want to lose a future customer? I have a large extended family who regularly travel between Provo and California. I was going to recommend they stay here. No way. This manger lost the future revenue of probably 12 hotel stays this year.

Nice value. Hotel is definitely not new, but satisfactory and expected for the price. Just barely clean enough, just don’t look too close. Breakfast was highlight. A/C worked well. Staff seemed friendly. Nice hot shower. Bed was not terrible. Would stay again.

Horrible stay. If you like sleeping when your at a hotel this one isn't the one! Dear Jodi Barlokauhi, I am emailing you about my visit the day before yesterday. They said you were not in. I have attached my receipt of my transaction checking out. I asked the front desk if they could do anything about my horrible stay at your hotel. I would like this to be made right. I was staying in room 111 and unfortunately room 108 and room 110 both had barking dogs next to me. I didn’t get any rest there and was even late for my work due to just being completely exhausted. I’m not one to ever ask for a refund but in this case I am asking for one. I did call the front desk around 1030 and made a complaint and they said they would send someone down to ask the owners to stop their dogs from barking. Unfortunately when they did the dog barked more and continued the entire night whenever anyone walked by their room. I’ve never stayed at any hotel that has had such a problem. ****************************************************************************** Response: Thank you for reaching out to me regarding your stay with us. I am so sorry to hear that the other guests were not courteous during your stay. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a full refund on the room as we do not have full control of other guests or their pets. However, after having talked with the staff that was working during your stay and hearing the steps that were taken to remedy the issue; I would like to offer a 15% discount (approx. $16 total) off your bill as a courtesy. Thank you. Kind Regards, Jodi BarlowKauhi, General Manager

I have stayed here on average of two times a year for the past 15 years. They have always striped to update and keep things clean. Having kids it's always been important to have a nice hot tub and pool and they have lived up to that expectation over the years there's maybe been once or twice that the pool has been cold due to maintenance. Nice, simple, clean, affordable. Thanks Allan

Very disappointing. Hotel has gone downhill in recent years. What once was a nice, reasonably priced motel has suffered due to poor maintenance and upkeep. They installed new smoke detectors with green lights that blink continuously -- clearly not the type of smoke detectors made for rooms people sleep in (likely appropriate only for hallways or meeting rooms.)

Does not allow pets and the manager was rude and tried to tell me they don't have check in until 4PM. Really!? If I have to check out by 11 I don't think a noon or even 1PM check in is too much to ask. I have never liked "Sleep Inn" anywhere I have been. Don't bother stopping here because you probably won't be able to get a room anyway.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Provo. Love their showers and the staff is the best! Bethani, AJ, Brittany, Jamie, and all of the crew! Thank-you for the stays..clean, quiet, elevator, breakfast! Great location. Absolutely my favorite place to stay! Oh and a pool!

The coffee machine in our room didn't work for us, there were some errors in charging us although they did fix them. The bathroom was tiny and didn't have a real door(pocket door) which was annoying. I also am fairly sure based on smell that there was some smoking done in our room before.

Pros: location, price, decent breakfast, comfortable bed, quiet, pet-friendly. Cons: room was very small for 2 people, breakfast area very small and had to walk through it to get to one of the main entrances. Toilet was very low, and they provide institutional toilet paper. The water flow in the shower was poor, and the grab bar was too far away to be useful. The ice and vending machines were out of order.

We stayed here the night before our run at the Utah Valley Marathon. The front desk lady was very personable and friendly, which I really liked and appreciated. We didn’t get to try breakfast since we left so early for our run. However, we would definitely stay here again if looking for a hotel in Provo. The room was nice and quiet, and the hotel felt clean and well-kept.

Service was good and people were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but everything was clean and worked. Breakfast was ok. Place could do with a paint but overall I eoukd stay here again. Price was excellent.

The front desk clerk was so nice! And really cared about our comfort. We were traveling with cats, and at some places they just stick you in the crappie rooms. But not here! One of the rooms smelled of previous cats. And they very quickly found us a new room. That was just as clean and good smelling as the rest of the rooms.

The staff was awesome and helpful. My only issue was that the key cards did not reliably work. I would totally stay here again. Pillows were amazing, wish I could have bought a couple from them.

The check in and check out process was super easy, had the bested receptionist ever!! The room was super clean. My boyfriend and I celebrated my birthday there. and there was quite a mess to clean up from roses to balloons. Than you for being the best!!!

The rooms are fine, but everything else is awful. My husband had to go to work earlier than we expected so I had to pack up all of our things while juggling the kids alone, and let the front desk know that we were leaving but being by myself I was just running a bit behind. I kid you not, after walking my kids downstairs to wait in the lobby and going back up just to grab the luggage and such out of the hall, I’m met with 2 Provo police officers as I’m pressing the elevator call button. It was 11:32 and the front desk lady literally called the police, as if there was an issue like refusing to go or something. It was insane. Also: The wifi is awful, the neighborhood is the industrial end and not very safe or walkable, staff is BEYOND the worst.

What a great find, very clean. For a pet friendly hotel, no animal smell. No smoking smell. Rooms are well equipped-fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Bed was amazing. Amazing service.

Nice customer service. Easy check in and out. Great location. Room was clean and spacious. However, the furniture and the carpet need to be replaced they smell a little dusty no matter how much they clean them.

06/13/22 Would stay again. Looked on Bookings for a room near the Interstate. This hotel & a couple others popped up when I set the filters. We needed a pet friendly(extra $10 per pet), breakfast, near restaurants (Sizzlers is in walking distance), and a pool. $159 for a room with two Queen beds and the above listed. The hotel was clean and affordable. The pool is indoors and clean. Except the Family having a pizza party in the pool area. They got pizza in the hot tub and threw an entire row of towels into the pool and then all over the floor. Kids being kids I guess but I like my hot tubs without crust. Lol!

It was a good value price hotel. The room was updated and clean. The shower door was so clean I almost put my hand through it because I couldn't see the glass. The breakfast could use some protein options though. I had a quiet, pleasant stay for two nights.

Website said $69 rooms. Was charged $129, so this is about to get nitpicked. Upon entering my room, I noticed frayed carpet at thresholds. Had to locate outlets and plug lights in. While locating outlets, I found where they don’t vacuum. Weird food stains or other stains on walls. Fancy Velcro holding the shower door closed. Cable channels were decent, half of them had no sound. Had to set the time on the alarm clock. It’d be a great place to stay if you’ve lived underground or in a cave since the 80’s.
