Horrible
stay.
If
you
like
sleeping
when
your
at
a
hotel
this
one
isn't
the
one!
Dear
Jodi
Barlokauhi,
I
am
emailing
you
about
my
visit
the
day
before
yesterday.
They
said
you
were
not
in.
I
have
attached
my
receipt
of
my
transaction
checking
out.
I
asked
the
front
desk
if
they
could
do
anything
about
my
horrible
stay
at
your
hotel.
I
would
like
this
to
be
made
right.
I
was
staying
in
room
111
and
unfortunately
room
108
and
room
110
both
had
barking
dogs
next
to
me.
I
didn’t
get
any
rest
there
and
was
even
late
for
my
work
due
to
just
being
completely
exhausted.
I’m
not
one
to
ever
ask
for
a
refund
but
in
this
case
I
am
asking
for
one.
I
did
call
the
front
desk
around
1030
and
made
a
complaint
and
they
said
they
would
send
someone
down
to
ask
the
owners
to
stop
their
dogs
from
barking.
Unfortunately
when
they
did
the
dog
barked
more
and
continued
the
entire
night
whenever
anyone
walked
by
their
room.
I’ve
never
stayed
at
any
hotel
that
has
had
such
a
problem.

we

not

control
of
other
guests
or
their
pets.

with
the
staff
that
was
working
during
your
stay
and
hearing
the
steps
that
were
taken
to
remedy
the
issue;
I
would
like
to
offer
a
15%
discount
(approx.
$16
total)
off
your
bill
as
a
courtesy.
