👍👍 Best course in South County. Definitely a top 25 course in the western US. Phil was amazing. Really coached me up and elevated my kill ratio. 5 stars for a fun night with friends. Great way to take out your frustrations on your wife. People often mention laser, arena, experience, game, time,

It was a great experience! We went on $5 Tuesday and played a 20 minute game! I'm going to be honest, you can tell it's a pretty low-budget laser tag place. The arena is pretty small, but it's super unique! I love the tight spaces and the way everything is set up: it makes it easier to use real skill instead of just running through the open hoping you don't get shot. And having to go back and recharge makes sure you actually try not to get hit! I definitely will go again.

We had my son's 14th birthday party here a few days ago. We rented the space for an hour and were allowed 20 guests for only 240 dollars which I found to be extremely reasonable considering the number of guests. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have tables there for parties, useful for us so we didn't have to carry the birthday cake around everywhere. They also told us they have a freezer in the back, you could bring ice cream and they can accommodate that. We had 9 14 year old boys with us and it was a bit chaotic but the attendants were very patient. Since there was no expected party after us, they let us go over time about half an hour so we could get all our game time in. You can choose the music they play in the arena and I thought the actual arena was set up very well. Lots of places to crouch around and peek around walls. It looks just like you remember it from the 90s. The whole party was a blast and I thank the people at Laser Assault for really helping that happen.

Great venue for laser tag, with affordable rates and a home-made retro vibe. Excellent and friendly staff! One of their best features is the detailed stats after each match! Beyond your personal and team score, you also see your accuracy, overall ranking, hits given/taken, and more. You can see who your top two victims were, as well as the two who hit you the most. The arena and gear are definitely not polished, but that's part of the charm! The equipment feels old but actually works well, despite am awkward feel. The actual arena is full of homemade, irregular structures and crannies, which adds a feeling of incongruence (as opposed to the usual symmetry of a laser tag arena). There is unfortunately no other way to score points beyond tagging your opponents, so there's no real incentive to cross into their base for bonus points. Like many arenas, once hit three times you have to go back to your own side to recharge. Staff was excellent, helpful, and very relaxed. One of them even played with us during our final match! Overall a very good experience.

My 8YO son and I had a blast playing laser tag on our mom-son date. The guy who explained everything to us was kind and helpful. We played two 10-minute games. My son liked getting to choose the music. The first game was only me and my son in the arena - battling each other. The second game they let us invite two regulars to join us so my son and I could be a team. Those guys were so sweet and went easy-medium on us, probably letting us win so my son could have a fun experience. They helped my son feel cool and confident. We also liked that there is a checkers game and pool table and lots of places to sit - all free - in the lobby. We played a game of checkers after laser tag. We will definitely be going back!

When you first walk in, it feels a little ghetto, but the experience was a blast! We went with a work team and had an awesome time. The arena is well laid out and the gear worked well. Wish their headphones had ear pads...but other than that it was great!

Great laser tag! It wasn’t super organized but it was a blast! Maybe some staff training would help. Or maybe a queue so that people know when they are up next!

We had a large group and I was worried it would be too small of an arena for us. But it was so fun! Cutler was great, and explained everything well, and even jumped in to help the losing team. He made it suck a fun experience, thanks Cutler!

We used to go to the old location all the time before they closed their doors. This new location is just as fun as I remember it! maze-like arena, black lights, choose your own music, LASERS...what more could you ask for?!?

Very nice worker but the laser tag room was so tiny. We had a bunch of teenagers and reserved an hour for our party. The gear kept breaking down. You get to choose from their music selection which was not great. The old Laser Assault I remember in down town Provo was way bigger and better. There are better laser tag places in the valley to choose today. I was quite disappointed. with our experience.

Same name and equipment as the old Laser Assault located at 264 N 100 W, however the experience is dramatically lacking in comparison. The arena is a banal assemblage of black painted plywood and 2x4s with dressing rooms of the previous mall retail space being used as nooks. The arena lacks any sense of atmosphere and has the feel of being run out of a garage rather than a registered business. I recommend visiting alternative laser tag businesses which provide a more polished experience for a nominally higher cost.

This is the WORST laser tag place I have ever been to!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We went with our youth group and the second we stepped behind the doors to get the vests on, we realized it was gonna be awful and not worth the money at all. The vests were ancient and the guns were super old fashioned. We then went in and started the game and we all realized just how bad it was really gonna be. First, the course was made of plywood that was spray-painted black and looked like it was gonna fall over. We soon realized that there was no way to see who was on what team. There were no colors on the vests to indicate who you were trying to hunt down. We had to go to a corner and recharge your gun every-time you got hit. The way you recharge is by aiming your gun at a sensor and you wait for it to beep. The sensor took forever to recharge your lives so it wasted game time. WORST OF ALL WERE THE EMPLOYEES! They apparently were going to play with us even though we already had a big group of 16. They ran around everywhere and were yelling at people the whole time. They would literally hunt you down and it made it not fun at all. Many times I would be standing somewhere and one of them would come up behind me and say that I was in there spot and they would make me move somewhere else. Other times they would run around and yell to their fellow employees and tell them where people were or that they had got hit and needed help. But by yelling, I mean screaming. It made it an awful and loud environment. They would also rush up and shoot everyone before the people who PAYED could. Another time I was just walking around, and an employee yelled at me and said I couldn't walk in that corner. I walked away frustrated and confused because I wasn't doing anything wrong. Our youth group was expecting a fun challenge where we would go up against each other and see which group was the best, but instead we were being trampled by the employees who made it not fun at all. Even our leaders who came with us said that they would never go back and it was a waste of time and money. We payed a lot to play and the games were only 10 minutes long compared to the 20 minutes at every other laser tag place for the same price. I have done laser tag many places in Provo, and this place was by far the worst and not worth the money at all!! If you want to do real laser tag that works nice and is a great environment, I suggest Provo Beach resort, because they have working guns, an amazing course, and good staff.
