I had my first ever massage here! There's an incredibly cozy, welcoming environment here, and the massage therapist was incredibly helpful and did an incredible job. She communicated very well and is open to all different levels of needs and comfort for every individual. 10/10, would come here again!

Courtney is AMAZING. I wasn't sure what to think when I got to the location, it's not bad but just an office plaza, but Relax-Zen has such a great atmosphere. Roomy, super clean, and very relaxing. Courtney took her time to ask questions, find out what I was looking to get from the massage, etc. before hand so that during I could completely relax. She's very professional and so talented. I'm so happy to have found a new massage therapist that's close to my house - I'll definitely be a regular :)

Amazing experience. It was so easy to schedule and the location was easy to find. When I got there Courtney was already there and had everything ready. I had no idea what I needed but I asked Courtney and she made a specialized massage plan to suit me from what I told her. She definitely knows what she's doing, I've never felt better in my life. This was my first massage ever and every step of the process was amazing! She was so friendly and personable and communicated well about my needs. She always made sure that I was as comfortable as could be. Gave an AMAZING massage that left me more relaxed than I have felt in a really long time. And it was at a really affordable price. I’ve seen many massage therapists and I can honestly say that Courtney is the best I’ve ever gone to. She is a very professional, kind, and skilled masseuse. I’ve struggled with back pain on and off over the past year and it’s always completely gone after I see her just once or twice. She uses the perfect amount of pressure to relieve my pain/tension. Relax-Zen is a little more expensive than other places nearby, but it‘s worth it to me to spend just a little more because Courtney is really that good. The atmosphere is very relaxing and she also gives you the option of heating the bed during the massage (which I love because I always get cold). Booking your massage online is also super easy and convenient. I definitely plan on continuing to see her and I would recommend her to anyone!

Courtney was very professional, skilled, and compassionate. The atmosphere was very relaxing. I was given plenty of time to get dressed. Being large chested it can be uncomfortable for me to lay on my stomach, I have never had a massage therapist make accommodations for that before, it was amazing to actually be fully relaxed on my stomach. She was able to find the source of my pain right away as well as taking care of some other trouble areas. I noticed that I never had to ask her to adjust pressure, always a bonus for me when the therapist uses the perfect amount of pressure, so that I can be fully immersed in the experience. Will definitely be returning as well as referring :)

Courtney is so nice! This was my first time getting a massage so I was nervous. It’s hard to know where do go in Provo when you’ve never had a massage. I’m so glad this is the one I picked. The place is small, only a couple of rooms. She creates an inviting and cozy atmosphere in this space. You’ll fill out a form so she’ll have a better idea of what your goals are for the session are. Then she’ll talk with you a little more to go over what you wrote and address any questions or concerns you may have. She has years of experience under her belt. The actual massage was great! I don’t remember the last time I’ve felt this relaxed. She uses oils, hot towels, and aroma therapy, along with some music (but you can opt out of any of these). You don’t have to be nude if you don’t want to. She’s very flexible. Afterward you get some candy and water as well as a after-care overview. I’ve seen that there are cheaper services around Provo, but Courtney has my support. I would rather spend a little extra with her because of her great communication, approachable personality, and experience than risk the potential of a disappointing session elsewhere.
