I LOVED working with Ryse Up. I had a couple of hard to fix pain spots and they really helped me. I learned a lot about how my body works, and how to help it heal. I really like their approach. The have you do intense workouts, but not in the way you’d expect. It’s very short duration, but you still work the muscles like a regular workout. Also, their staff is excellent. Most of the time I worked with Cody, and he was awesome. Super friendly and helpful, he was very interested in helping me do the best I could and get the best healing I could. I highly recommend coming here for your physical rehabilitation needs. They’re excellent.

The innovative machines, workout sessions, and patient people working here have made a world of difference for me. I have been to multiple doctors (injections), chiropractics, massages, considered surgery, and this is the only thing that has helped long term (highly recommend).

After an MRI showed two deep labrum tears and a partial tear to the bicep tendon, the doc said surgery was required but that would cancel the best time for golf which is what I live for so I opted to go the therapy route. Stem cell therapy in late Feb and shoulder rehab starting March. Found RyseUp and started up with Stephen and Cody. The therapy is very unique and *perfect* for a recovering injury. Zero chance of further injury and easily measures progress. Then they hired Dr Collins who really helped with an off site program in between due to my busy travel / work schedule. By Memorial Day I’m back out swinging a club. It wasn’t pretty but my ultimate goal was to be relatively active by then. I was. Last week I played 10 rounds at Bandon Dunes over 5 days. Absolutely ZERO pain and full strength. What a godsend this place was. They work around my schedule and moved at my fast then slow pace. Just right. Thanks to the entire staff at RyseUP!

Loved these guys. They helped me with my shoulder pain. The process seemed very basic but I’m able to do things pain free for the most part now. They start with nutrition and then help you rebuild some muscle support. I would recommend.

The rehab sessions that Stephen and Cody have expertly guided me thru are ingenious and work amazingly. I’ll be truthful, it is not a cakewalk…each session is physically hard and exhausting because each exercise is designed to work the muscle groups to the point of fatigue. But, the hard is paying great dividends. After 10 visits, my neck, back and shoulders that were very irritated when I first came in are finally getting stronger and my flexibility and range of motion have increased. Thanks RyseUp!!

Back to golfing without pain. Thank you RyseUP. Where does a person that’s dealing with pain go to get 1-1 consulting & guidance to rehab the body? I’m grateful I found RyseUP. I was that guy allowing myself to get further & further away from healthy, because the exercises I was doing was causing more pain. After initial consult they made a specific routine for me, stayed with me the whole time making sure my posture was maintained to get maximum benefit. Every time I go they are with me the whole time. I highly recommend RyseUP. No longer am I on a downward spiral getting worse. I’m back to feeling hopeful & getting healthy.

Amazing! Having had spinal fusion therapy a few years ago I've been looking for a rehab exercise program that gets results without overloading or compressing the spine. Got a great full body workout without any pain. Highly recommend!

I've had random back pain for the past few years that physical therapy or standard exercise would never help. While I could get temporary relief it seemed like I would cycle into moments of pain more frequently then I would prefer. The type of therapy that RyseUP offers is unlike any that you will experience for rehabilitation. If you are considering it I suggest going at least once and trying it out.

I was in a car accident, I was referred to RyseUP by my chiropractor. They did a great job of helping me increase mobility and strength back to my normal levels from before the accident.

I was in a really bad car accident. I was referred by my Chiropractor to go see Dr. Collins. He was really amazing in helping me with my mobility and strength training. I would definitely recommend Dr. Collins for anyone who needs to further their physical health.

My experience at RyseUP Rehab for physical therapy following a car accident was very successful. Dr.Collins set up a great program for me to help with the weakness and fatigue in my lower back. I’ve never had physical therapy before where the physical therapist works one on one with you for the whole appointment. I’ve been able to gain strength and mobility very quickly. I absolutely recommend Dr.Collins at RyseUP Rehab.

It’s been great working with Dr Collins. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. My office visits as well and the extra home exercises he gave me have strengthened my shoulder and made a great difference in my shoulder mobility. Thank you.

Working with Dr. Collins and RyseUP Rehab has been the best thing for me. I’ve gone from not being able to walk straight and having several falls to being able to hold my back up and walk with confidence. I can’t say enough good things about their program. It has changed my life.

I had a snowmobile tip over me and pinned my leg underneath it. After that incident my leg was always giving out on me when I would walk. Since going to Ryse and following their exercise protocol, it has helped me tremendously. My leg is stronger and no longer gives out/hurts. I go two times a week for roughly 30 minutes each and have felt stronger and more energy. I would encourage anyone to try these experiences - believe me you wont regret it.

I have been through several car accidents and gone to the chiropractor to get adjustments, electric stim, massages, and acupuncture and come out better than before but never back to my old self before accidents. If you put in the time and work you can get back to where you used to be. I had shoulder surgery and was told I would never be able to have full motion again due to a torn labrum and torn bicep tendon. After a couple sessions I found that I was able to get rid of neck, shoulder, and back pain that usually came back after my treatment was over. They have made a believer out of a skeptic. Great work guys, I hope you can change everyone’s lives as you did mine.

These guys are the real deal! After a rough fall playing soccer, I was dealing with some nagging back pain for several years before getting it checked out. After two months of treatment, I no longer have constant back pain and I am stronger than I have ever been. Thanks Stephen and Cody for an awesome job, I can't recommend these guys enough to help get rid of pain for good.

Ryse Up Rehab provides the muscle failure routines I have hunted for since I began loving anaerobic, isometric exercises after practicing martial arts as a teenager over twenty years ago. For just over six months, Stephen and Cody have monitored my health and meals while optimizing my workouts for weight loss, strength, and injury repair. They helped me recover from dislocated ribs, an old shoulder injury, and a sciatic nerve at the base of my spine. I have dropped from 306 to 254 pounds, stand more erect, support my own weight getting out of bed, and have the endurance to complete multiple yard work activities in one session again. Ryse workouts always meet me at my current capacity, and each routine quickly maxes out muscles without stressing joints. Their custom exercise machines digitally record my output and display graphs that guide the workout and quantify progress over time. I am thinner, feel lighter, walk faster, move longer, carry more, and live with less pain. I feel fortunate to have found Ryse Up Rehab and am excited for the next six months!

Very happy with the results I received at RyseUp rehab. I had heard great things about the work they do and the results people were getting. Gave it a try and more than happy with the results I received. Not only did I show an increase in strength but flexibility as well. What really surprised me was how quickly I received results. Very happy with them and a total 5 star business!!

I am so impressed with Ryse Fitness’ method. They know what they are doing and know how to safely relieve pain by building and strengthening muscles. I am excited to have a resource like them not only for when I need it but also to send my friends and contacts who deal with muscle pain to.

The RyseUp Fitness method has amazing research behind it. It’s definitely not easy but its worth it. I am amazed at how I am slowly getting back my muscle strength without hurting myself more. Post Car accident I did not believe I could go back to gym or to the strength I had becore but RyseUp made it a reality. Grateful for this team, especially Stephen! He really cared for my recovery and pushed to my pain-free limits. I recommend them.
