All three pendants are scratched as if they had been worn for several weeks. After repeated contact and reporting the matter to you, we received a call that you would do it for the price of the engraving, but the waiting time was 2 weeks. We also received information that by receiving the product in this condition, we agreed to what it looked like. We were also accused of scratching it with a chain ourselves. It's just a waste of time and nerves. It was supposed to be a souvenir and it will be despite everything. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend shopping in this jewelry store. I was sold a damaged charm bracelet there, even though I complained, it was not repaired, and replacement was not even an option. The owner is very confident and does not allow that the goods he sells may have defects or be damaged when measured by customers or even staff.

I highly do not recommend it, the store cares about the customer until the transaction is concluded. Two days ago I bought a bracelet size 18, which was also shown on the receipt. At home, it turned out that the packaged bracelet was size 20. In the store, the lady informed me that there was no possibility of return or exchange. I asked to contact the store manager because the purchase did not match the receipt. The case concerns silver worth PLN 200. The lady informed me that it is not possible to exchange it, the owner does not want to hear about any returns and I cannot contact him. The lady in the store also came to the conclusion that there had been a mistake, but even though the purchased product did not match the receipt, she could neither exchange it nor talk to the manager. A very irresponsible approach, even disrespectful towards the customer and the products they sell.
