Usually they close at midnight (12 am). Due to the situation in Ukraine they prolong their working hour. They work till 02:00 am. This is great for all drivers given the fact there is nothing else open other than petrol stations!!

Very poor quality of food and service - much worse than anywhere else. Food was cold, delivered (McDrive) after 10 minutes (just two ordinary sandwich sets and muffin, nothing extraordinary), there were sauces missing in the sandwiches... No idea what's going on in here but if you can eat somewhere else it's an option worth considering.

Standard McDonald's. Convenient location near the border area. We heard that many did not praise McDonald's in Poland, but everything was delicious, everything was hot. We lived in England and in almost every McDonald's the food was barely warm( The self-service terminals had many languages, which was very cool. The hall was clean, there were plenty of places to eat, and outside too. There was also a children's playground outside and also tables for parents, which was very convenient to watch the child. When we made the order, we asked the staff not to put any ice, they said okay, and immediately put the ice. But the restroom was dirty, the trash can with paper towels was so full that everything had already fallen out of it. Large parking lot, McDrive available.

The restaurant itself is like all the others, but the food somehow has a different taste, worse. the assortment is the same as in Austria. There was a problem to call a taxi, since the applications did not work, we asked the Administrator, she helped us, called her friend, for which we are very grateful to her!

The service is really bad. There was no one at pay window and later on they ask to go back to window 2. When I checked my oder after 12 minutes it was not complete and several items were missed which I wasn’t get after I complained.

I've never visited a place whose vision of customer service is saying so helplessly and adamantly -- with backup from management -- that it is *impossible* to add two tomato slices to my sandwich before. It's a simple request, something you add an extra charge for, and off we go. But no. No from the first kid. No from the second kid. "Impossible" -- replete with helpless shrugging toward the Almighty Register -- says the manager, and then a second manager. Just... add a couple tomato slices. Charge me. Or, just tell your cook to handle it without charge. The last thing anyone comes to McDonald's for is a stern refusal to accommodate simple, routine requests.

Closed at 330am even for drive through which is supposed to be open till 4am. Google Maps said restaurant open till 4am as well.

Ordered a meal plus cappuccino. Their own receipt and wrappers say coffee is inside. They blame delivery service. The salad ha rotten leaves in it. I thought this is a global chain.

We really like McDonald’s but in this city it’s so bad. Cold free potatoes, very long service, they didn’t even take the «number», I had to go for the order myself after waiting 30 minutes. the staff twice before said just to wait, it was very unpleasant.

Clean and very organized for McDonald's, I would say it is one of the better McDonald's I had been to around the world.

I rated 3 stars because I was surprised seeing the person who prepared the food is holding the chicken strip in his bare hands then rolling the sandwich without wearing gloves. This is definitely not a Mac standard procedure for serving food.

They are not open 24hours. Only by 12am.

Honestly, I've been unimpressed with almost all the McDonald's in Poland. They're much cleaner than the McDonald's in America, but they come nowhere near offering the level of service and speed of their neighbors in Ukraine. I've often had to wait 10 minutes for my orders. That's not a long time, but it is a long time if all you're waiting for is McDonald's.
