No miracles, and there is truth in the complaints about lower floor decor, but the word I'd use for a whole description is 'solid'. Hotel staff were polite and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with quite a bit natural light. New, comfy beds. Tasty breakfast. I only stayed one night, but it was good one.

Not expensive, breakfast is okay. The place is good, in the center of the city & the view from Windows is quite nice. Clean

Want to survive communism ages? I think the hotel has had not so many renovations from this time. Poor breakfast.

Isabella hotel is old. Also staff is not enough for comfort.

I live in 5th floor, its new, first 4 floor, old, and look bad.

ACHTUNG!!!! KATASTROPHALE ZUSTÄNDE!!! Zimmer mega klein, nur mit kleinem Fenster! Keine Klima, Kein Kühlschränkchen. Bei 35 Grad sehr schlecht! Keine Luft im Zimmer. Service unter aller Sau. Kein Mülleiner. Gesammelten Müll an der Rezeption immer abgegeben. In 1,5 Wochen keine sauberen Handtücher,keine saubere Bettwäsche bei den Temperaturen. Nach Anfrage nur gegen Bezahlung. Frühstück auch nicht das Ware! Nie wieder! Aufpassen bitte! Für den Preis bekommt man in Pulawy auch andere bessere Unterkünfte!!!

Mir hast gefallen, da an Hauptstraße liegende ein bisschen laut. Personel sehr freundlich.
