Unfortunately, my experience in the SPA room is mixed. On the one hand, I found the beautician to be very friendly and the atmosphere to be pleasant. On the other hand, I had a very unpleasant experience here, which is why I unfortunately cannot recommend the Spa Room. I went to the spa room for a make-up consultation including make-up. Unfortunately, a short time later, redness and severe swelling of the eyelid appeared, which, according to my doctor, was caused by bacteria and therefore improper work. For two weeks I didn't dare leave the house because of the swollen eye. I've been doing makeup for almost 20 years and have never had anything like this. I then informed the beauty salon about this by email in the hope that they would understand and possibly receive a refund for this inconvenience. Instead, I just received a standard email thanking me for my feedback and saying that they are always happy to receive feedback. So they didn't even seem to have read it. A pity.
