    First.The room is very clean and when i turn tv you have my name on tv. It is so good feel, But i stay at hotel for 2 night ,hotel staff don't change new soap and shampoo. We use the old onec. The TV don't have TV program in your list ,It is show channel is not avaliable. Last day , When i check out in morming at 5.30 am ,ฺbreakfast is not ready. I know it ready on 6.30 ,but i paid room rate plus breakfast. My friend tell me about your staff at station egg. He need omelet. Your staff don't make it. Your staff at dining room dont' smile when serving.

    The hotel do not welcome international visitors. They do not speak English. Their attitude was deplorable. The hotel is badly managed if managed at all. An expensive lesson learned.

    Exactly opposite of road to SNIEC - Shanghai new international exhibition centre and as well heart of the pudong area.

    Really a very bad experience, the reception staff rude. I reached the hotel by 8.30am And requested early checkin But the hotel has rooms available however they want to charge half day and hence early checkin not given . I requested to shift my breakfast from tomorrow to today which they also denied. I did mention that I will checkout by 4am tomorrow but still they denied. Customer service extremely pathetic.
