We could not fault our experience with Gary and the rest of the team at Form Bespoke. After almost simultaneously coming across them online, and being recommended them by friends, we knew that this was exactly what we were looking for when it came to a West Yorkshire based small business. My fiancé proposed with a temporary ring, so it meant we (read: I) could get exactly what I wanted when it came to my engagement ring! After an initial consultation with Gary, where I was able to ask any questions I needed and we came up with the ring design, the team were excellent at keeping us up to date with the design and manufacturing process. I was able to choose my sapphire in person, and at every point a choice needed making, Gary was transparent with pricing to keep us within our budget. Best of all, the team made sure that we received our ring within the expected lead time, and made the extra push to get it to us before Christmas!

Stress free process from start to finish. Tim arranged a consultation with me and talked through my ideas. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. After I'd decided what I wanted, Tim's business partner Gary got to work straight away and created my ring in time for my proposal plans. My partner and I designed my engagement ring together with the team at Form. We had a consultation in person to view diamonds and discuss the design, and several emails finalizing details. Gary was especially helpful and the end result is the most perfect ring. There was a slight delay in receiving the ring after being hallmarked due to the postal strikes, however they were very communicative and ensured the ring got to my now-fiancé as soon as was possible. It’s safe to say we will be going back for our wedding bands!

Absolutely delighted with the service from both Tim and Gary. Communication throughout the process of modifying a ring and turning it into the perfect engagement ring was superb. Tim was able to give great design ideas from the beginning and worked with us to get a result my fiancée and I are incredibly happy with (before and after photos attached). Gary and the team at Form have been an absolute delight from the first time I spoke to them in Jan 2022. I was unable to visit the shop in Leeds so I have used emails and photographs to show the type of ring setting I wanted. We commissioned Form to make our wedding band ten years ago. They did a fab job. So much so that we asked them to design a ring with three bands that with kids birthstones, designed to be split when they got to 18 to allow them to be gifted. Tim and the team entertained every idea, gave sound advice, and shaped an amazing, sentimental, dainty piece for us that my wife and kids love. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I recently purchased an eternity ring for my wife from Form Bespoke Jewellers having found the company on Google. I was apprehensive as I've never bought anything of significant value like this without a word of mouth referral but I am incredibly pleased I found them! From initial contact through to picking up the ring, Tim was attentive and listened to my requirements whilst suggesting options relating to personalising the ring. He then priced and created mock-ups using their CAD software and I am delighted with the finished product. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great at getting back to me quickly with any questions I had. I highly recommend Form Jewellers - they were a breath of fresh air compared to the high street/chain store experiences I have had and they are certainly not pushy in relation to sales. Having known Form for many years I knew that when I needed a piece of jewellery creating, Tim and Gary would be the perfect people to make it for me. I knew exactly what I wanted and gave Tim my exacting brief of everything I did, and not not want! I had absolute faith that he would be able to work with my specification and make something perfect. From the initial conversations and draft sketches, to the finished render drawings I knew they completely understood what I wanted and how to acheieve it, expertly guiding me along the way. I had a great experience from start to finish with Form Bespoke. Tim and Gary were extremely friendly and helpful in the initial stages of exploring ring design ideas, and this continued while they searched for the perfect stone to place in the ring. They kept me updated regularly on what was happening so I was never in the dark on when to expect things. They were very patient and accommodating when it came to me making a final decision despite the national lockdowns making it more difficult to progress. The final product was perfect, looking exactly as expected and of the highest quality. Overall I was very happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Tim and Gary were both amazing from start to finish. I brought them an idea of what I wanted to create and they helped me turn that into a beautiful ring that was even better than I expected! The design was an Art Deco style engagement ring with a teal coloured Tourmaline stone (which originated from my partner’s country of birth) flanked by diamonds and set on a yellow gold band. They regularly gave their expert opinion to help assist my decision making and I couldn’t thank them enough. They worked very hard to make the ring and their communication was excellent throughout. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of creating a bespoke ring. Most importantly of all, my partner was absolutely blown away and loves the ring (I think she might love it more than me!).

We dealt mainly with Gary who was fantastic although everyone else we met were very good too. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and we wanted a custom Ruby ring for my wife. Gary hand held us through the whole process and sent us several custom designs based on our preferences. The end result was superb and definitely worth the wait. These types of requests are not the quickest process so be prepared to wait for a few weeks, it will be well worth it. My wife and I are really pleased with the whole buying process and would defiantly recommend Bespoke Jewellers to anyone looking for a custom piece.

At first, I was quite overwhelmed by the plethora of engagement ring choices available on the high-street and online. Going to Bespoke, allowed me to hone in on a particular design, and create something entirely unique and special. In the most part, I dealt with Gary and Tim, who are masters! Gary helped me develop the initial and final designs, taking the time to consider my questions and sketches, and responding with expert technical advice!
