Love visiting Warhammer stores while I am traveling, and even though I was just visiting to check out the displays the staff are welcoming and spend time to chat hobby.

The store is laid out well and is a nice chilled environment with plenty to look at and the staff are really friendly and keen to walk and talk to you about Warhammer without seeming judgmental which is nice for anyone new or interested in Warhammer. The only downside is when researching some of the products I was looking at in-store I found them a lot cheaper than what the official shop had it priced at as some of the costs I thought were pretty steep especially starting kits, but my overall experience with the staff and the shop was ace 5*.

The first stop for a face to face fix of plastic-crack. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They offer help and support no matter what stage of your hobby journey you are at. One word of warning though, their Lord of the Rings games can be hobbit forming.

This is a really good store, with a nice and calm atmosphere. Met Ash today who helped me pick out the colours for my Knights and gave great customer service.

Always friendly staff, visit for the quality of the paints alone! As a former artist I can't fault any of it. The range is superb. Ideally they need a bigger shop but that's not something in their control really.

A well-organised store with friendly staff that take the time to help, and make sure you get the best experience. I'm completely new to Warhammer and the thought of going in to the store was a little daunting at first, but I was immedietly welcomed by the staff and asked if I needed any help. I explained I was new to the hobby and a member of the team took his time to find out what interested me, what stuff I had/didn't have already and where to go next. Overall a great experience.

Went in for a intro into painting and was greeted by Steve and Ash who both helped me out, Ash was amazing and taught me everything I needed to get started and Steve was a pleasure to chat to, both incredibly informative and had an absolutely amazing attitude and personality. Cannot recommend this place more!

I have been going to the shop many times for a fair few months getting help and knowledge, the staff are super friendly and easy to talk to from stepping foot in the stoor to having a friendly debate on who's army is better. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone going in the store if its introduction or recommendation for paints. I got help on this beast of a model and its amazing.

If i am being completely honest, this the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life, the staff are extremely kind. The staff explained to me what exactly the game is about and whenever I go they answer all of my questions

The rep I dealt with was outstanding. Upon entering the warhammer store I was greeted by one of your reps. He was very approachable and was happy to offer to show me a game of warhammer as I hadn't played in 20 years. He took the time to explain the rules and play me through a game and even gave me a couple of figures to take into my local store to paint. Overall one of the best experiences I've had in a store as I am usually too shy to discuss my options with reps. Highly rated.
