Horrible experience. Worst maintained hotel. Never ever visit this place. Booking is a scam. See the attached photos. Flush not working in toilet. No hot water. No bedsheet. No towel. Blinking room lights. Charged for AC room but no remote control. Unhygienic room. No room service. Watch man, security, room service all one person. Total mess

Located just around 100 meters away from pudukottai bus stand.Rooms are big,clean but the bathroom looks old and untidy.They provided sofa set inside my room which was usefull for small group discussions.Separate dining table kind of furniture was also present in the room.Complementary breakfast is just okish .For the cost of Rs.2800 its not worth the money except for the prime location where its situated.Instead people can opt Hotel Saradha Grande if they have own vehicle/rented cab with them. Most of the private buses from Pudukottai has Sathyam hotel as boarding point and thats very much handy.

The stay was good. But in this hotel hot water is problem when you ask for hot water they say morning 6 am to 9 am. But I have see hot water in that timings in my room I have been stayed for 3 days long... Only hot water is problem. Apart from that hospitality is good.

The rooms are really in a bad condition. In the batch room most of the taps are dysfunctional, no hot water as well. Exterior of the hotel looks really good, but interior is terrible

Very bad experience with this Hotel. They were hoarding rooms due to high demand and charged me 2400 rupees for a non AC room with no Geyser. I room was stinking and some had drunk the previous night over there I guess. They said that no rooms were left at 4am and we requested them for the room. Very cheap service. Never recommend

Bedsheet has cigerette burnt marks Bathroom had greenish blackish stains No hot water availabiliy .they took one hour to boil Room smelt of cigerette which didn't go at all Don't recommend for family

Overall rating 0/5. Worst experience. I booked two standard airconditioned rooms online. Front office executive refused to accept my online booking. After convincing the receptionist, I checked in at 8pm. He said it is valid for 12hours only though my check out time was 12noon. He demanded Rs.100 as cleaning charges for each room at the time of the check-out (9.30am) Aircondition cooling is very bad. No drinking water served in the room. Torn bath Towels. Plug points not working. Not able to charge my mobile. Used toiletries given except bath soap. TV transmission quality is poor full of grains. Only 17 channels. Don't promote this hotel for online booking. Customers have a real tough time.

Outlook is good but inside proper service not available like - Keeping Tea/coffee sachet, complementary water bottle, Regular room cleaning and bedlinen changing, WiFi service, Dish Connection, Hot water etc NOT AVAILABLE HERE

Both hot and cold Water is not coming in the morning... Bedspread is not clean. Fully dust and sofa is not clean...

Really a worst place to stay, very old and unsafe place to stay. No response from front office. If you ask anything they don't even listen. When i ask for hot water he said it won't come now. Then he slept. I said i jave to go on early morning so i need hot water. He replied its possible only after 6, again he slept.

Quite small theatre best suited for family audience. The price of their snacks items were way expensive when compared to other theatres in locality. My Last movie here was PSYCHO

Audio quality is good,but ambient is not that great

Went there for watching the movie Bigil. As we already know, it shares a little but neat seating arrangements. Seat Vs Screen ergonomics was quite good. But utterly disappointed with the staffs over there. They were behaving like rowdies with the fans. And most of the time they were standing infront of the screen which irritates the 1st and 2nd row people. Lift facilities available, Handicapped persons can use it. If you wanna enjoy movie with your friends then this is not the place. VERY POOR.

Once a famous theatre, now the construction of this new building has completely spoiled the value..

Not to the expected level but ok when compared with the city level...restroom needed to be maintained well and also seats should be cleaned after each and every show....we are happy watching cinemas that too in the first opened in pudukkottai city since 1935...
