Worst service. Went to this salon today around 6.30 pm no body even acknowledged my presence even after 20 mins of waiting. When I asked how long it will take, receptionist asked what service arrogantly but didn't even wait for my response, started talking to other customer. I left the salon no body bothered. God save the owner of the franchise.I have been to other naturals in Chennai got decent service.

They were not well trained especially in hair cut and its too expensive.I asked for consultation and they preferred me straight cut .They chopped only half a inch of my hair and charged Rs 475 . They did not even set my hair after the cut. The stylist was not enough knowledgeable.Worst experience.

Never ever go for a smoothening here! Yes! I m editing my review after a month of service. I did hair smoothening in affordable price, but the results didn't last just a week, where it is assured to last for a months. And very worst service i experienced, she was very rude nd harsh with my hair ( got 2 burns near ears) as if she s doing it for free, not responded to any of my queries properly, didn't suggest any after care tips nd shampoo even. But after the service, she asked me to give good reviews before billing. Ridiculous! To the management, hire professional staff or atleast who knows to do gently not arrongant. All my money got wasted
