Wild Child Yoga has been a welcoming space that I truly feel comfortable in. It has a calm atmosphere and all of the instructors are very present and helpful. During Slow Flow, I felt like the class went at a good pace, kept me mindful of breathing, and the stretch felt AMAZING! The HIGH Fitness class was a good break up in my work out routine and the music has been stuck in my head for weeks since LOL I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to start moving their body more!!

I am new to yoga and Pilates, and Kim has been absolutely wonderful!! She explains things in detail, is patient and kind when instructing on how to do a pose, and will give variations. I have loved every second of my classes since I started. Wonderful place and people!!! ❤️❤️
