The worst place I have ever been too. Dope central and tweakerville. Hall's smell like smoke. Homeless people everywhere. Nobody picks up behind their pets. This place should be shutdown and demolished. People yelling, screaming and making all kinds of noise all the time day and night. You would be better off going to the USA motel or some other one. Don't come here.

I stayed there for awhile as I travel with my job and Pueblo was one of the jobs. I payed weekly I had one week left before I went to another state. The man at the desk said I was paid up for 7 days. Stayed in my room all weekend and got up Monday and went to work. Came back to find they had thrown out all of my things into the dumpster swing I didn't pay. Well went to the dumpster to get my stuff and none of my jeans were there my yeti cooler wasn't there and not a can cooler a $250 cooler extra work boot and several other things. When I asked about the item's they said they threw them in thedumpster. There were bums that would dig threw the trash but if it was them don'tyou think they would have taken the food and sleepingbag and pillow ect. This place is a joke and so are there employees!! .

Door dash driver here. I have NEVER been so afraid of a building before. This is the most disgusting, dangerous, and disturbing “motel” I’ve ever been inside. My gut was immediately telling me to run once I walked up to the lobby but I had the order and was already there. I walked down one hallway and immediately went back to the lobby. I can’t even explain what this building is, it’s like it fell apart and was put back together. It smells so strange, there’s abandoned corners in it, the doors to rooms have no numbers. I swear it was like I was in a horror movie. I dropped my door dash off with the men at the lobby and ran out of there. I felt like I needed a shower from the 5 minutes I was inside. It actually hurts my heart to imagine people staying in that place. The vibe, the look, the smell, the building, it’s dark and disturbing. Never ever ever stay here. I would rather stay on the streets then go inside that building. I’ll never door dash there again.

I was picking up and dropping off a friend and it's sketchy beyond words. I know they're trying to remodel and make it better, but they still have a ways to go. What I will say is that the room rates by the month are fairly decent compared to other places which is a good thing for the homeless population, especially if they have kids.

I didn't stay there but I know someone who is. You can smell the cigarettes all the way to carport. They need to clean it up. IDK how anyone can stay there

Managers are awesome and always helpful. I've been here a while and know most of the front desk personnel. Room is clean and has amenities I need to survive. Prices are reasonable. Good place for a Native American like myself to relax and unwind. If you respect, you will get respect. Good rates as long as you pay your rent and don't get involved with the wrong crowd of people.

This place hasn't been no where close to luxury, sometimes uncomfortable due to the weirdos always camping in the hallways and digging thru the dumpsters here but the room I got has the amenities I need to survive . At least when your chilling in your room you can at least feel at little at ease and rest ones mind on a decent bed and pillow. The rent here is weekly and after being here for almost 2 months I realized I probably could afford a decent small apartment. The staff has been very lenient with my late in the evening payments and me and my mother are so grateful for that. P.S: You guys need to hire a grounds keeper, people leave trash around this place way too often.

Location is horrible and it has many drug addicts in it. I think the police should do a raid on every room in this place.

I was trying to look for there website. I guess they are stuck in the past. They have no website. Some of the rooms got a makeover . They are still remodeling. Over all they can do so much better .

That hotel is Ashley trapp. It's a slum village the staff is horrible too rude. Delete one of the staff members she will make you even if you are a paying custome.thevwisy place on the planet. Underbelly of Colorado.. the only good thing about that place is it's in the east side

I have a family member that stays there and was appalled by what I witnessed there. They have rogue guests running around the hallways harrassjnfband assaulting people. This women was insulting and threatening them even brandished a weapon. She kept saying that she ran for mayor. I can't believe that the management allows this type of behavior. Not only is it illegal but disruptive to the other tenants that are there. Bad show to the management

A decent motel, learned to not go outside in the back or outside period after dark.. other than that people are kind, front desk is helpful, place is clean

Awhile back, I stayed a few days with a friend. It isn't a bad place. Like any motel, you can always find something to complain about. I had no drama or trouble here. I even had people help me discover places I could go to make money so I could continue my trip. I wouldn't recommend it for little kids, but if you are an adult, grow up and act like it. If you don't bug people here, they won't bug you.

The rent is super reasonable. The staff are mostly efficient. However, the place is in need of good maintenance people as the room I was in was in disrepair the drywall desperately needs someone who knows what they are doing to redo all the drywall patches and paint..I also saw two cockroaches during my 7 day stay. Also someone got shot while I was there.

The 3 ⭐ reasoning Location: drugs are easily accessible & cheap! Several food establishments That will cure any craving in walking distance. Service: can be questionable depending on staff. Rooms: Rooms are typically clean so the faults with the room is at no fault of the housekeeping

Full of druggies and really shady people. Place isn't the cleanest either. Staff is pretty rude most days.

Drug deals were happening everywhere you turned, there were even people roaming the halls after dark knocking on doors just to get someone to answer so they could be snatched. The week prior to my visit, there was a woman grabbed at her door and kidnapped, however she was found a few days later dead from a drug overdose. The please is fairly cheap to stay the night, but I wouldn't recommend staying any longer. If you have to stay there, keep your door locked, don't answer it unless you know who it is. Keep a weapon close at hand always while you're there. Good luck to anyone who stays there.

Only help who they know and refuse to handle return phone calls or give information need to the insurance or corporate. With all the money they DO make. Where does it go cause it's the most dirtiest bug infested place. you would think to treat you're guests with some respect.. THEY HAVE NONE! I fell due to no lighting outside they had no concern, told me they would have wanna get back to me and they would call corporate but 2weeks later no Wanda n never told corporate office anything. Ugly people ugly place.

Avoid. My truck was stolen from there. I walked down the street and someone broke into my room through the window, took the keys and cleaned out the room. They put the temp stays on the side where the camera doesn’t work.

Definitely need to update the rooms, needs serious cleaning done everywhere.

The rooms were nice but when you first go in homeless people were in the hallways asking for a cigarette witch was a little scary besides that it was great

The only decent thing about my stay here was that its location was so very convenient. The rooms were dingy and each hallway had its very own unique smells to them . Service?? Service? There was absolutely no room service. And the cherry on top of my experiences at the value stay, was the oager of a woman , manager ( with glasses) was the most awful , hateful, rude, disdainful with no regard to anyone else's words but her salty own. If you stay here plan on sleeping with one eye open, Your door bolted at all times and a pair of earplugs to muffle out the sounds of crackheads up all night 🌙 🤣
