Stayed for 4 nights and not one time was the room ever cleaned. I requested for housekeeping early in the morning on the 4th day and I was denied housekeeping services as they already had the list. When I asked for clean towels clerk Bella (passive aggressive) stated that we can take the towels down to the lobby if we needed more. I was not rude or said anything as doing reviews and BBB complaints work better than arguing with an employee that doesn't like to do their job. Bella at the front desk needs to find a different type of job, customer service is not for her

This hotel sure has become a disappointment. Last stay here. Room dirty! Beds need replaced. Half the lights don’t work. Carpet needs shampooed! What a shame. It used to be so nice!! They took the breakfast bar down by 8:00!!

First I was given room #312. It has an extremely loud heater which I was able to hear before I even opened the door. Not a normal person can sleep in that noise. So I went back to the lobby and requested another room, and was assigned room #408. There the sheets had not been changed even though the bed was made, and it was covered with stains and black dog hair throughout. So I went back to the lobby and requested another room, and received a key to #116. There the pillows and mattress smelled so strongly like cigarettes that it was like sleeping in an ashtray. I woke up several times throughout the night because of the smell. Also, it probably would be a good idea to wash the floors and carpeting occasionally so that the guests’ feet don’t get stuck in the dirty floor. I really needed to REST instead of carrying my belongings from room to room in the evening. I had started my day at 5 am that morning several hundred miles away. Breakfast is only served between 6 and 8, but no reason to peel yourselves out of bed for that. The only hot item available is waffles - so dessert for breakfast. Nothing salty as an option unless you want a cold breakfast.

Really nice and clean hotel. Rented a suite and it was nice and spacious. The gym didn't have much, but it was ok for being in a hotel. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Choices were boiled eggs and not much else. Pool looked nice, but it was closed.

I got there early and had to pay 10 dollars extra to check in. Then the room smelled like dog urine. The front desk clerk was awesome. He helped me get a roon that didn't smell bad. There was no pool or hot tub. That's why I got that room but it was disappointing and the breakfast was a joke you expect that at a motel not a hotel. The night worker was the best and deserves a raise.

Wow, this place is absolutely filthy. La Quinta should be ashamed of themselves. The walls are covered in stains the floors are disgusting and my bed has "questionable stains" all over the comforter and sheets. The carpet is encrusted with God knows what. The stairwells are something out of a horror film. I'm in complete awe of the conditions here. If you do plan on staying bring se bleach and a sleeping bag.

Poorly maintained. The first floor hallway and room smelled bad; damp and musty. We heard some critter walking and snuffling above us in the hallway false ceiling. The toilet was plugged in the first room we got. When I called the front desk, I was told they didn’t have anyone who could fix the toilet, but they could loan me a plunger. Instead I asked for and got a different room on the 3rd floor. It much better; was clean and smelled clean too.

We normally don't travel with pets or stay in pet rooms. We were moving and glad we could get two rooms. They don't charge pet fee but only two pets are allowed in a room. One room was clean but other had strong dog urine smell. I'm surprise cleaning staff did not notice smell? Maybe people traveling with pets are used to urine smell in hotel rooms? Hotel was full. Otherwise we would asked for another room. We did tell check-out staff about smell because we didn't want to be charged a cleaning fee.

Our room was clean and quiet which, of course, is the most important thing. We were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, but we found out after we checked in that it is permanently closed. We were also warned by others staying long-term in the hotel that there is a significant amount of crime in the area. Luckily, we were able to find a completely different area to park our boat since we were told it probably would not be there when we came out in the morning. That is alarming to say the least.

We had a bit of a kerfuffle when trying to check in. The booking system said we had a reservation, but the computer said there were no rooms. The desk clerk didn't know how to fix it, which is fair, but the person she phoned for help didn't help her. Another guest started getting irate, which she handled well. We had requested a ground floor room when booking 6 weeks prior, but ended up on the top floor. Everyone was friendly except that other guests, but it's disappointing that our request was not honored and that the desk clerk was left out with no help in an area she was not trained on. It's not her fault, but there is something wrong with the behind the scenes running of this location.

Loved the super soft beds my only complaint would be the bathroom, First not having a real door on the bathroom was very inconvenient plus there was no air vent in the bathroom, also we were giving one lil bar of soap and when I asked the maid for 2 more she gave me ugly cheap soap that was worse than they give a person in jail. Was NOT happy with the bathroom at all.... Staff and free breaowas great.

Room was clean and smelled nice. Housekeeping seems good. Check in desk friendly and helpful. The breakfast was terrible, as motels go. No eggs and bacon, waffles wilted to soggy when hit with syrup. Very nice housekeeping lady wished us a blessed day as we left. Kudos to her!

Lovely room near the back. Several pet rooms are in the area and while there was a lot of initial barking, it was quiet really fast. We had a king-sized bed. Room had a very nice desk surface (conference-ended) and comfy chair. Bed was soft enough We actually slept well. Desk clerk was very helpful at check-in. We were able to get a grubhub delivery here.

Incredibly clean. Entrance showroom style. The design instantly catches your eye as you walk through those front doors. Personal touch to staff interaction at check in which was Fast and efficient. Run stay was very comfy with no problems throughout the evening. Very quiet and restful sleep. Plenty of locations close-by in which to eat. 1 minutes walk to the Cracker Barrel. Easy Check out. Hot sausage patties, waffles awaited my wife and I for breakfast. Decent selection of other breakfast items. Hot coffee and other drinks. Fix that toaster. Please. Only one side works. Line began to form. But no complaints from what i saw. Everyone worked together. Awaited their turn. Good stay. Excellent price for the amenities and comfort!! Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a week, was in room 110. A deluxe king. Everything with this stay went so smooth! Check in was flawless, quick 2 minutes. The agent was so friendly and nice! Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was nice with big mirrors. Toilet paper was actually kinda decent…. The sheets were clean and maintained. As well as the room and hotel in general. It’s not perfect. Remember your paying for a budget hotel. The mattress I trusted was clean as they had a whole zip up mattress protector on it and then a fitted protector over that. My only complaint with the bed are the 5 small pillows. Would prefer 4 standard. Seems to be something with Wyndham and not the hotel itself….. also the mattress is more firm then I prefer. But it was comfortable. The fridge and microwave had a cute closet they hide in. The staff were so friendly and polite! During check out today, there was a guest being extremely rude to the desk agent and the agent held it together. I could tell she was biting her tongue (I felt so bad) I ended up barking at the customer because she was being so disrespectful and the agent was being so nice and patient! Breakfast is beyond simple. Do not get your hopes up for a full buffet. My only complaint about the hotel is the couch in the deluxe was shot and so completely uncomfortable I couldn’t sit on it. So next time I wouldn’t spend the extra for it. WiFi speeds were awesome for a hotel. I usually saw 150/30. Which was awesome cause I like to game at night. Overall, I spent on average $103 a night including taxes. I think it was worth it for the most part. For those complaining in the reviews. It’s not a Hilton or Marriott. Your getting what you pay for.

Staff were nice. Room was nice. Room keys had to be reprogrammed frequently. Breakfast choices were limited without hot food options such as eggs or meat. Pet friendly. I did leave a jacket in the room yesterday when we checked out. It belonged to my father who passed away in May. I am hoping whoever found it turns it in to the desk.

Stayed at this hotel a few days ago on our way home from a motorcycle trip to South Dakota. Location is very convenient to I25 and lots of nearby resteraunts (a couple within easy walking distance). We had endured a long tough day of riding in rain and storms and when we got here we were immediately greeted. One of the maintenance workers there was a biker too and came out and chatted with us and made us feel welcome before we ever stepped foot in the door. Once we went in the front desk clerk was very friendly and professional and said we were welcome to leave our bikes parked under the covered portico since more storms were forecast for that evening. Our room was large, spacious, nicely appointed and clean. There was a Cracker Barrell restaurant immediately next door that made for an easy walk to dinner. And the bed with the pillow top mattress and bedding was heaven sent! After a long hard day on the road the staff here really did an excellent job making us feel welcome. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Pueblo area.

I stayed here based on its rating from others, but to me it did not live up to the rating. The breakfast was subpar , the breakfast area was dirty and not maintained. when asked for more syrup for the waffles as example we were told, breakfast is over in 20 min, so we're not putting any more out, so my waffles were dry and tasteless. The hotel has a snack bar area in case you need something, but it was almost all empty and in a state of disarray, not maintained at all Rooms were ok, but our lock on the door was broken. Overall experience was ok...but I expected better based on the ratings, but should have known better based on the price. Hospitality service has gone overall since the Pandemic and this hotel is no exception.

It seemed like this hotel was close to everything we were needing to do so that was great! It was very clean which was a priority for us! It was fairly quiet . It is close to most restaurants, shopping areas. The outside is nice, the front door had a broken area that was taped. That was a little disconcerting. The hotel is getting worn. The lobby chairs probably just need replaced and a little touch up to paint etc. We stating room 111 in the bathroom doors didn't lock which was really tough with a toddler! Front desk customer service. We're friendly, breakfast service was friendly. I usually don't like hotel waffles and we usually go to breakfast somewhere else but we happen to try breakfast and it was good. In particular the waffles were comparable to restaurant. Good flavor with whipped cream lol. If it was less worn, I would definitely stay here more frequently. The price was really good compared to others so still would stay here again.

Have stayed at this facility for 2-3 years. Has really gone downhill. Needs some serious maintenance performed. The handicap accessible room is not. It is just a regular room with a grab bar by the toilet. The tub/shower is a pretty high step up to get in and out. It was also as far from the elevator as possible. This will be our last stay here. Cheaper and better quality at other places in town.

Had a pretty good stay here. A decent value for the cost. The front desk was very friendly. My room was clean, modern and comfortable. I had a really good night’s rest on the cozy bed. There were only a few minor issues. They had signs all over the building for a pool and hot tub, but I was disappointed to see the hot tub was cemented closed some time ago. I went down for breakfast at like 9:05 and they had already cleared everything. I understand the hours are 6-9 AM, but it would have been nice if they left some fruit out or something go. It’s weird, because at 11 PM the night before there were oranges out. I should have grabbed them then. Last thing, housekeeping blocked my door in the morning as they cleaned the next room over. Anyway, I had a nice room and the price was reasonable, so I can’t complain too much.

Nice place to stay but they need do not disturb signs for the doors. Housekeeping woke us up in the morning by continually knocking on the door. Then as we were getting ready, they came banging again.

The staff and clearliness of this hotel was perfect for my 2 nights day.. I was a guitar, drum technician that worked at the Pueblo CSU campus for Music festival. It was close and very convenient. With a lot of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

We went to Pueblo for a wedding and ended up booking a room at the econolodge close by this hotel, big mistake! Lets just say we were very disappointed with how we were treated there so we went to this lovely hotel. We explained our situation to Jayson at the front desk and he was more than willing to help. He was very professional and was able to get us in right away and price matched for us as well. We were very please with the room and service! Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Jayson!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't expect daily room service, but the room was very nice. Pool area is nice and clean with shaded areas. Breakfast only goes to 8 am

We are traveling with a dog and so we booked a room here. This hotel is extremely dirty and our room smells horrific. There is dog fur (not ours!) and grass all over the carpet. The outside of the toilet is dirty. The table needed to be scrubbed. The top of the AC unit was covered in dirt. The common areas of the hotel are also fairly dirty and unkempt. The entry mats are filthy, room doors very dented, exterior areas by doors need to be swept and landscaped, etc. Perhaps there is a labor shortage? If you can stay elsewhere, please do. I will attempt to send photos to the manager.

We have stayed in La Quinta many times throughout the years. The hotel has definitely gone downhill. The rooms are dirty and didn’t even appear to be vacuumed. The floor‘s have not be mopped.Found a toenail in the bed. And the sink was broken. We informed the desk attendant and they didn’t even offer an apology. We will not be returning here.

Stayed here for a second year while we had a work conference. In the past year this place has gone down hill. It is dirty, carpet stains, elevator smelled like urine, outside of doors need washed , co worker found someone’s dirty thong underwear on their room and they allow trash to just sit outside rooms. Breakfast was mediocre. Will give them that my bed was comfy and so were the pillows.
