This place is an absolute joke! The community manager, Mike is so rude. The photos I have attached are just SOME of the garbage laying around. They promote safety for the community but the front gate is broken and has been for months now. Cars are being broken into, and the gate near the newest builds has not worked in over a year. If Mike doesnt like you he will constantly make your life a living hell, I think he enjoys doing that. This place is not worth $1600, save your money and go somewhere else but this place. The appliances are cheap, the service is cheap, maintenance is terrible and the “security” is pretty much nonexistent. If I can rate a zero star I would, so the one star is literally being generous.

Mike, Roxanne and Peter are always so helpful. They listen, respond as soon as they can. I think they run a tight ship here. Have to remember how many units are here, they do an Amazing Job! Some people rather complain, you see things laying around, why not help pick it up. The front gate could use a second sensor to close once you pass it would be a huge help.

Very nice place! The maintenance staff always keep the area clean and looking it’s best! The pool, gym and clubhouse are very nice. Mike& his staff always find ways to help you with your needs!

If you accidentally lock yourself out of your apt. Literally 40 mins past the time they close they have no mercy. They’re pretty freaking expensive too.

The management, Michael, Pete and Roxanne, have truly created a wonderful community. The remaining staff only reinforces these ideals. A wonderful place to live.

Nice place to live but there standards are very high so I couldn’t afford to live there but the staff I met were very nice and professional and the grounds were very clean and the apartments were clean spacious and felt like home so go put you application in and go stay at one of the best apartments in Pueblo thanks for reading my review Deuces

I lived her for a year with my brother! It was an amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and very helpful! The reason we moved was because my brother decided to buy a house. However, the plans in my living arrangements have changed and I am planning on moving back into the place I felt was my home! Glad to be back!

I’m really grateful with all the Landings at Eagleridge team, management and maintenance they both were always open to talk and solve our needs, Mike, Roxana, Peter, Manuel are gentle and polite persons. Along a year and a half I lived there, the complex was always clean and remains an excellent condition, from my experience is far the best complex to live in Pueblo.
