Eine erste Kostprobe vom Öl (Picual) hat uns zudem sehr gut geschmeckt und eine erste Bestellung war kurze Zeit darauf unterwegs. Der Bestellvorgang ist erwartungsgemäß einfach und geliefert wird jedes Mal sehr schnell. Mittlerweile bestellen wir die Öle seit einigen Jahren und die Runde überzeugter Familie und Freunde wird immer größer. Bei dem Geschmack und der Qualität sollte das ehrlich gesagt aber auch keine Überraschung sein. Die Internetseite ist sehr informativ gestaltet und man kann sich über die einzelnen Sorten, welche sortenrein erhältlich sind, ein sehr gutes Bild machen. Auch bei Rückfragen wurden wir immer sehr schnell mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt. Abgesehen vom Geschmack der Öle also ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert! Da man über Geschmack bekanntlich sehr gut streiten kann, und die Einsatzmöglichkeiten der Öle durchaus sehr unterschiedlich sind, haben wir mit einer Auswahl aller Öle angefangen. Über die Praktikabilität und Notwendigkeit 5 verschiedene Öle ständig im Anbruch zu haben kann man sicher auch längere Abhandlungen schreiben, sodass wir letztendlich bei 2 Favoriten hängen geblieben sind. Eins der beiden steckt dabei auch die nötige Hitze beim Anbraten von Steak etc. ohne geschmackliche Einbußen weg. Entsprechend hatten wir extrem selten den Bedarf ein geschmacklich neutraleres Öl zu verwenden, sodas vom heimischen Sonnenblumenöl nur noch sehr selten eine kleine Flasche gekauft wurde. Da selbst diese Kleinstmengen nach seltener Benutzung ranzig wurden, verwenden wir aufgrund der Vielseitigkeit von Olivenöl einfach nur noch das von Las Valdesas in der Küche und vermissen dabei nichts. Rundum 5 Sterne für Geschmack, Qualität und den Service!
