owner
made
our
day
in
Puerto
Galera
a
huge
disappointment
on
my
husband's
birthday.
Her
problem-solving
approach
was
illogical.
We
contacted
her
about
a
changed
ferry
schedule,
but
she
insisted
on
an
impractical
solution,
which
required
leaving
our
car
and
belongings
at
the
port.
She
also
claimed
the
inn
was
fully
booked,
but
upon
arrival,
it
was
nearly
empty.
She
refused
to
refund
our
deposit,
citing
incorrect
information
about
the
ferry
schedule.
Poor
thinking
skills.
If
you're
considering
staying
here,
read
the
negative
reviews.
Avoid
this
inn;
it
has
a
bad
bathroom
odor,
and
the
owner
lacks
problem-solving
skills
and
creates
an
unpleasant
atmosphere.
No
guarantee
of
customer
satisfaction.
Dealing
with
this
place
will
give
you

headache.
Don't
prepay,

and
think
twice

booking.

if

too

to
your
inn.
Another
thing,
we
had
a
genuine
talk
and
thru
that
call
pumayag
ka
na
imove
ang
schedule.
We
thought
you
were
nice.
But
no.
You
are
very
greedy,
bossy
and
inconsiderate.
I
spoke
with
you
nicely.
Just
1
day
request
and
we
will
just
stay
for
a
day.
All
went
well

agenda
ka
pala,
wala

nangyayari
sa
accomodation
namin
then
you
will
just
keep
it.

people
occupied
our
room,
THERE
WERE
NO
PEOPLE
IN
THE
PLACE,
and
WHEN
WE
MET
YOU,
your
tone
when
we
spoke
was
very
rude.
You
have
been
in
the
business
from
2015
and
up
until
now,
you
cant
fix
this
kind
of
management.
This
kind
of
problem-solution
and
cant
tame
your
temper.
I
went
to
different
resorts,
and
their
owner
is
as
good
as
they
see
the
evidence
that
for
you
are
LIES.
It
is
just
so
disappointing.
But,
thank
you
we
will
just
charge
this
to
experience
and
would
never
recommend
you.

to
develop
your
personality.
