Not satisfied at all. The owner’s problem-solving skills were disappointing. The owner wasn’t accommodating, replied to chats rudely, and did not answer all of my calls when we needed assistance. Two cockroaches seen in the unit. No wifi in the room (I also wonder why the owner prohibits her staff from using the Wifi 🤔). Location was a problem and her drop-off pick-up services were too expensive. No tissue, only one guest kit despite us being two people, no trashcan aside from the one in the bathroom. The only thing good about this place is the kindness of the staff. Not recommended.

If you want a private place away from the hustle and bustle of white beach... This is that place. You have your own pool, bar and kitchen too. Best of all... Your own beach. 😉

Place is good. It helped that there were only 2 guests when we booked so its just us and one other guest. The place has nice amenities including its own jacuzzi pool. View is great. The room we booked, though small, but has all we need including a small fridge (which keeps our wine cold throughout the stay hehe)! And besides, we only stayed in our room when we sleep. What we liked about the place is its privacy. It is quite a walk from Aninuan and from white beach so if you're like me who wants a peaceful beach place to stay, I'd recommend this. There were food that were on the menu but were not available and Wi-Fi is inconsistent and intermittent. Otherwise, it would've been 5 stars.

Really nice little inn, the service was excellent, the staff are kind, it was always clean, and it is right on the beach. They were very accommodating about an early check in, and the rooms were clean and had functioning AC units and bathrooms. The view is lovely, and it is right on the beach. The food is good and it is nice to be right by the pool.

place is very relax we stayed 3rd floor in the resort facing the sea, it was so refreshing . . the place is quite and quite distance from Puerto busy bee resorts. Place you can bring your family and friends, resto is so filipino taste ,huge service, clean condiments and staffs are very warm. we want to visit again here soon.

pros: Great Location on a quite and lovely beach. The staff are wonderful. The food is great. The price is very reasonable. Safe beach with no to little current so easy swiming. Only a 150 trike ride to the madness of white beach. Or a 20 peso jeepny ride. cons: there for 3 nights and did not get either of our rooms serviced or a change of towels. Still over all a great time and value. Will definately be back.

Everything is looked after we even got a moped rental included and decent free breakfast food portions are great and you can chill out in the jacuzzi after a swim in the sea. Great views and decent size rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly, can't fault it, worth a visit for sure. No hasstle

A relatively newly built 2 star beachside Inn with 16 rooms. A small dip pool and large jacuzzi in front. The beach has rocky sand and it is difficult to stand up in the water due to sharp underwater rocks. Rooms are poorly appointed with cable TV, no safe or bar fridge. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Friendly local staff but the restaurant and kitchen is inefficient and poorly equipped.

I have stayed in Veronica’s inn a couple of times and i must say its the best Inn i have ever stayed at whenever im in Puerto Galera, Philippines. Very easy to go to if you live in Manila, just make sure you get the right time of the boats, better call the port cause the schedule changes, if you miss the ferry, dont worry they have smaller boats that can take you. The owner and staff are all lovely. The rooms are comfortable and the food were amazing, the infinity pool overlooks the ocean and my favourite part is their bar (its right in front of a beach!!) and sometimes u get to hangout with the owner who is very friendly, she always makes sure that my family and I are having a good time. I will definitely stay here again when im back in the Philippines and will most definitely recommend this place to anyone i know.

The owner made our day in Puerto Galera a huge disappointment on my husband's birthday. Her problem-solving approach was illogical. We contacted her about a changed ferry schedule, but she insisted on an impractical solution, which required leaving our car and belongings at the port. She also claimed the inn was fully booked, but upon arrival, it was nearly empty. She refused to refund our deposit, citing incorrect information about the ferry schedule. Poor thinking skills. If you're considering staying here, read the negative reviews. Avoid this inn; it has a bad bathroom odor, and the owner lacks problem-solving skills and creates an unpleasant atmosphere. No guarantee of customer satisfaction. Dealing with this place will give you a headache. Don't prepay, read reviews, and think twice before booking. Don't assume they've offered the best accommodation price. Verify their rates online and compare with other hotels. Look for a more accommodating place rather than wasting your deposit here and stressing yourself understaning the illogical logic of the owner- Veronica. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Responses to her comment: 1. No people were booked on Thursday and Friday. That is the issue here. Fully booked until Sunday? But we were toured to different room. Room 4 which was on the 2nd floor was very stinky. Disinfect? Siguro alam naman ng tao if pang disinfectant ang maamoy nila than the usual stench And as she said we came early, YES. That is true. And the staff toured me to different room. Let me cite an example: 1. Room 4, no people reserved on Friday and Saturday. The basic room has a sewage smell. Then W we came to our room, (room 10), and the other room on the right side which has the same rate of Php 2800. But no people were in there. You said fully booked? Tas walang tao nakabook dun. Don't state na fully book sya if wala naman nagstay too long to your inn. Another thing, we had a genuine talk and thru that call pumayag ka na imove ang schedule. We thought you were nice. But no. You are very greedy, bossy and inconsiderate. I spoke with you nicely. Just 1 day request and we will just stay for a day. All went well tas biglang may hidden agenda ka pala, wala pang nangyayari sa accomodation namin then you will just keep it. NAKAKATAWA. You introduced yourself for PHP 2800. MIND YOU. No people occupied our room, THERE WERE NO PEOPLE IN THE PLACE, and WHEN WE MET YOU, your tone when we spoke was very rude. You have been in the business from 2015 and up until now, you cant fix this kind of management. This kind of problem-solution and cant tame your temper. I went to different resorts, and their owner is as good as they see the evidence that for you are LIES. It is just so disappointing. But, thank you we will just charge this to experience and would never recommend you. Hope you have time to develop your personality. ✌️

The place was amazing and the food as well. The service is great. They offer a transpo from the port for 100 per person. From port its around a 15 min drive. Mabato yung beach but may part ng beach na wala ng bato and sobrang linaw ng tubig. It felt like a private beach kasi kami lang yung nandun. The pool was also clean. Naiwan ng brother ko yung gadget niya and the staff went all the way to the port just to give it back to him without any charge so super happy with the service. They also had free billiards and googles. Will definitely come back❤️
